Efficient, polite and easy to deal with.
The website is easy to navigate and the system of placing an order is simple and user friendly. Telephoning customer services is simple and quick, representatives are polite and accommodating. The phones are answered quickly and without fuss. A bonus. Goods arrived on time and in perfect condition. I get the feeling from the way basic enquiries were handled that any problems would have been resolved with courteous efficiency. I'd have no problem using this company again.

Doctor Who Dressing Gown
Menkind offered a quick, efficient service, at a good price.
As I wanted the garment to send abroad, I didn't report/return it; however, one shoulder seam was slightly faulty (pile missing). I repaired it, but think the quality check needs improvement.
That apart, I'd recommend the company.

Men kind good delivery service not fit for purpose
Your delivery service partner tried to deliver once ( they said twice but not sure about that) I went on line on they said I had to get it from the delivery depot and pay £5 surcharge. Fair enough I thought but nowhere on there site can you find out which depot its at ad they do not list them, they force you to call there Care Line and then do not answer - I tried on and off for two days before giving up.
I called you direct and you customer experience team where wonderful they found the parcel in Thatcham which frankly is too far away so they cancelled it for me and I bought it from you retail shop in Reading.
Why not use Royal Mail it may be more expensive but at least it works!!

Woeful Customer Service
Christmas - orders 2 products. After chasing late delivery I received 1 item + a random item. Email customer support and absolutely nothing was done.
Understand it was a busy Christmas period but they had plenty of times to at least try and apologies for the balls up. Still left with an item I don't want having paid and not received an item that I do!
Waste of time and money.

Schoolboy error
The purchasing experience was fantastic, however now we have come to use the activity gift voucher, we have discovered that Menkind neglected to activate it. Unfortunately this has lead to phone calls, emails and form filling to try and rectify their mistake. Extremely annoying!

Great value and fast delivery
When you buy an inexpensive item your expectations may be reduced. So £8 ish for a few replacement parts, whats to expect? The thing is Big or Small orders should recieve the same level of service and this company delivered excelent service....So will I use them again.......well when I crash my Helicopter again (which I know I will ) then I will be on to them straight away.

I bought a Ben Sherman watch form MenKind, one which I had originally seen on another site for a dearer price. Have been wearing it about a week, no problems as yet. Fast delivery from MK, would use again.

Fun Gifts at a good price
Great website with everything a man could (or not!!) want. The delivery was well within the specified time at a reasonable cost.
Customer services were very helpful when I had a query after ordering and resolved the issue immediately, which was completely my fault.

dissapointing quality
I bought my friend a oversized beer glass for his birthday as a little fun gift. Although it was not a lot of money, I ordered it and it arrived full of black marks all up the side of the glass. By the time it arrived it was too late to return and get a new one so it was a waste of money.

Awesum gifts at a great price
The website was easy to use, prices were good too. Delivered in a couple of days, only downfall was the courier service they used. They delivered to the wrong address, no biggie as our neighbours are cool about this, but they do live 0.5 miles away!!!!

Not the best Internet company I've used
I ordered a gift for my brother in law and couldn't find a section to include a message , so I phoned from Spain to ask if they would include a message from my daughter to her uncle ... I was assured they would include a message.
The gift arrived without message .....

Fast delivery and really helpful service

Disgusting service
Ordered goods in January, heard nothing despite chasing until end of February, when they mailed back saying end of march as one part of the order was not in stock. Then receive another mail in april saying now won't be delivered til end of june. No where on ordering did it say any items were not in stock, and so far no reply when asking for money back and order cancelled.

Customer services have advised that in fact the order was placed on the 17th March and that only emails stating June delivery for the items out of stock were sent. In the meantime, the items that are in stock are being shipped and a refund has been offered for the item not yet available.

disapointing
I bought an item on line and payed extra for.next day delivery but it did not come untill after 3 working days, then when it had arrived the item was faulty so I had to send it back, since I sent it back over a week ago I have not heard anything from it

Customer servicse advised that your order was placed on the evening of Friday 12th April at 6:02pm. All Express orders are delivered within two working days providing orders are placed before 4:00pm. Hence your order was dispatched on the 15th (Monday) and delivered on the 16th (Tuesday). These delivery times are outlined on our delivery page at http://www.menkind.co.uk/delivery-details-i8.
It is unfortunate that the item was faulty, however a returns label was sent on the 16th. Collect+ usually take up to 5 working days to return parcels, however when it was received back a replacement was dispatched straight away on Tuesday 23rd.
We understand that your shopping expectations were not reached, however our team endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as possible.

Ok, not fabulous
The product arrived within a week of placing the order which is always a bonus but unfortunately the packing looked looked like it had been through world war 3 (which is quite embarrassing as it was a gift). The product looked cheap and doesn't look very durable. I'm quite glad I didn't pay full price for it otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed.

What do you buy a 14 year old for his birthday??
Had got a few bits for by son's 14th birthday, but needed a few bits to add to what I'd bought.
This site was great, narrowed down my price range, there's great stuff to be had whatever your budget. Well happy with what I ordered, great communication and quick delivery.

Rather disappointing
I've recently bought some items for a birthday gift and one was delivered with the packaging completly damaged. It is too late to change it so I'm very disappointed that this is the quality they give to their customers

Happy racing
My son loved his remote control Lamborghini and has had loads of fun with it. The plastic casing around the aerial got slightly damaged after a few days, but that could well have been the fault of one of the kids in an unsupervised moment. Apart from that, in his words it is 'epic' and I would recommend it.
He also enjoyed the paintball gun. However, he quickly ran out of paintballs and we were disappointed that the refill jars were out of stock. Menkind - we need more ammo! :)

**Disappointed now Parrot have pulled the Absolute control function from the Apple APP**
After having a play with my mates Drone using Absolute contol I was sold.
I talked the other half round to her letting me buy 1.
I placed an order & paid extra for it to arrive, the day it arrioved realised the wrong colour had been sent, bit gutted but contacted customer services who sorted this out.
Finally downloaded the app & took her for a test drive (the drone not he girlfriend), only to find that there is now no Absolute Control function.
It seems that Parrot for what ever reason have pulled the APP from the store.
Contatc Parrott & they advised that the function at the moment will not be available on APPLE iOS.
Hugely disappointed & have now contacted customer services for a full refund.
Will purchase again if Absolute Control returns..........
