Excellent customer service, 'real people', recommend
Part of my order was damaged on arrival. Contacted customer service and another one was sent out immediately, no quibble. Would happlly order from again and recommend to others.

Efficient, fast and reliable service
My first time trying out Menkind. No hitches, fast and reliable delivery. It was a gift to our son-in-law who was thrilled with the massage seat and thought it was good quality and attractive. Would recommend Menkind to friends and will certainly use them again.

ALL PROMISES - NO TIMELY DELIVERY
Ordered 15 app-toyz for party bags for sons birthday party. Ordered on Tuesday and was advised by sales representative that app-toyz were in stock and should arrive on the Saturday for the party on Sunday.
Nothing arrived! And no party bag gifts.
There was no email advising that dispatch had been delayed. Eventually arrived on the following Thursday, too late for party. All pretty poor really! No communication with customer and your departments dont appear to have any either! Will be returning products, but expectation reamain very low for a non-delayed, no hassel re-fund.

Unusual gifts at unusual good value
A novelty stylus to use on my galaxy note two where, with dexterity problems, is easier to use than the small thin one that came with the phone. The first one i bought for hubby as a stocking filler for last Christmas. He laughed at first thinking it wouldn't work then was amazed how good it was and uses it all the time and also for setting up his sat nav ...gets upsey if he thinks he has lost it. Because it was so good i bought one for myself. I saw the remote cushion on tv and when I spotted it at Menkind I had to have one. You guessed it ...hubby is always losing the real thing. Thankyou menkind for 2 really useful goodies .

I bought two Morphsuits but as separate orders - doh! They very kindly agreed to waive one of the delivery costs, which I guess they didn't have to do as it was totally my mistake.

RC Helicopter Faulty
The service was fast from ordering online. You will have no issues with delivery at all. The RC helicopter I purchased fro my son was played with for around 18 mins in total and then failed to hover. THe Helicopter now only lurches forward. Waste of £36.00.

Our item was delivered very promptly
I ordered the tv remote control cushion which arrived promptly. It looks and feels as though the material is very nice. However, other than test batteries in it to make sure they work it hasn't been used yet as it was bought for a birthday present.

Blade runners you are not.
I have have great fun with the big helecopter,i now have the small one again, i am very pleased regarding the big one, oooppss i crashed,you sent me replacements rotor blads,but alas i crashed again,this time you could not help with the replacment blades(see what i did with the title) so it would be great if you carried in stock moore part,s for bad drivers such as i.
i have had to get the parts from abroad,and still waiting to launch the gyro again.
I am 60 years old,but like all boys i need my toys.
Hope this helps you to realise we need you to get parts to us A.S.A.P.
It took two day before,and i was a happy bunny,and with Easter just around the corner.

Pay £11.99 for a product, when it is delivered it is hard to see it for all the £9.99 price tags on it.
It is hard to trust a retailer when that happens? You can not return it as nothing is wrong with it, you can't get a refund of the difference because the price you paid is what was advertised on the internet. Yet it is hard to trust a retailer who does that.

Marvellous service, excellent product
Bought a present for my dad, the indoor allotment, brilliant. Product is exactly as described and good value for money. Also whilst on the website I spotted the most fabulous wooly hat for my keen Gardner dad 'the lawn ranger'!!! So had to buy that too, also good quality and well worth the 6.50 to keep his ears warm. Slow, struggle to get communication
I ordered an item, and it arrived all fine but wasn't what I expected, so I arranged to return it via collect plus, which took a while to get the return label emailed to me. Now it's been nearly two weeks and I still have no refund or reply from menkind. I can never get through to speak to someone via phone, and replying to email seems to take them a while.

Quick delivery and product exceeded expectations

I liked it when it eventually arrived - delivery a bit slow.
This was a present fo someone who had had a very intense operation. I had visited three times before the gift arrived. Disappointing from that point of view.

Slow delivery and damaged box
My order took a while to arrive and when it did there was a large hole in the wrapping that went through the cardboard box with the invoice stuffed in it. Thankfully I was buying for myself as I could not have given the helicopter as a gift in that state. the other bit of luck was that the helicopter itself wasn't damaged!

Still hasn't arrived
Ordered a chocolate fountain supposed to be in stock, however got email explaining it is in back. Then received this feedback form, but still no delivery. What else am I to say?

Not impressed!
I rang and spoke to someone as I couldn't get my payment details to go through and they promised to ring me back. They did ring me back but the following day and by that time I had already ordered something else from another company.
If you want to survive in this climate you need to get your staff to be a little more switched on!
