Received goods and one of the products was in pieces in the box?
Bought through PayPal and have been waiting for a response from menkind for over two weeks?
Wouldn't have minded so much but they were for a child's birthday.
Very unhappy not to say the leased.
If you buy from a shop i suppose you can at leased see that the items you are purchasing are in one piece as there is no postal damage to the outer or inner packaging it would appear this was dispatch quality control issue?

STILL WAITING!!

I ORDERED MY EXPEREINCE VOUCHER ON 12TH FEB, RECEIVED THE PARCEL WITH A FORM TO FILL OUT THE KIND OF EXPERIENCE I WANT ON 18TH FEB. I SENT OUT THE FILLED FORM ON 1ST OF MARCH AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING BACK YET!! HOW LONG DO I WAIT FOR??

Activation number which is printed on the base of the box
Your experience choice form the list of 30
Full name, address and contact details

Once these details are supplied, they will register your voucher on their system and forward the relevant information.

Very quick delivery and pleased with my order

I bought this product for my son who has special needs and it will need to be mounted on the wall in specialist cabinet - this will be specially made for him and therefore I will not be able to fully review this product until it is fully on display - however it seems to be just as I had hoped - I am sure my son will love it

West Ham memorabilia

Menkind site easy to navigate and purchases simple to make. Delivery speedy, however, the item ordered was slighlty damaged on receipt. Due to the specifics of damage, I would think this was caused by the courier rather than the staff of Menkind though.

Don't bother with internet shopping

Wanted to review helicopter but couldn't as it took ages to find out it wasn't coming!
Service was poor. I ordered as a present and it took ages to recieve. when i mentioned this, menkind replied they had emailed me that it was out of stock. However this email was 6 days after the order was placed. The website did not indicate this was out of stock and to let me know 6 days afterwards is not good service.due to this delay, it led to me having to source another present elsewhere and it being late.will not order online with menkind again

broken goods no responce from menkind

one of the items arrived broken phones up monday left a message now wednesday no one has bothered phoning bak.brillient customer service not.
Was told on here 11 hrs ago some one would contact me today 14/3/13 and guess what you got it no one did what a surprise.

Perfect

I had never heard of this company before but was looking to buy something for a man that has everything! I found a number of suitable items that were ideal. They have arrived and all were perfect.

Very poor, I'll never use Menkind again!

The 4 items i ordered were delivered in good time and the package was in good condition. However, when i opened the package one of the items was crushed to half its original size. As the outer packaging was in good order I can only assume that this item was crushed before packing. I have telephoned Menkind 3 times but they never pick up the phone. One time i got a recorded message promising to call me back if i left my number. I left my number but they never called back. I tried to log on to the website to arrange returns but their system refuses to recognise the details they told me to use. This was a present and the birthday has now passed. Wholey unacceptable.

Got an App-Screen Writer Stylus from MENKIND. Looks like a guitar plectrum...plugs into the era-phone socket and you're good to go.

Got one for myself and my son's Galaxy S3...and pointed several admirers of this handy little device in Menkind's direction.

Light, difficult to lose and it works - particularly handy for people like me whose fingers are too podgy for a phone's on-screen keyboard (yes, I HAVE tried turning the phone horizontal...and my fingers refuse to diet...)

Decent pricing but really bad condition of objects (dirty).

I have oredered as a gift from a friend a self-stirring mug. The package I received contained the mug in a horrible situation with stains all over the mug and the packaging, like it was left on the dirt on a very rainy day.

As packaging was sealed (and more clean than the product itself!) this is definitely the sellers fault.

Disappointed

I have order items from MenKind once before and I must admit that the items arrived on time in perfect condition. However, I have recently placed a personalised order and for some reason a month has elapsed but it has not yet been received despite the fact that the store claim it was dispatched more than three weeks ago. I contacted the store several times but they were unable to give me any information other than that as far as they know my item was dispatched. My local sorting office was also contacted following the store's advice but they had no knowledge of the package. What I find fundamentally UNACCEPTABLE on the stores behalf is that twice I have been told to leave my number so that they may contact the suppliers and enquire about the package and call me 'right back'. This did not happen. I am very disappointed in the service and assistance provided by the store. The item I purchased was intended as a gift and needless to say the occasion was ruined on my part. I hope that the store will have the decency to provide a refund for all the inconvenience caused without any more excuses.

Ordered 2 things for next delivery, only one turned up. Rang then and they said the other hadn't been dispatched and would send it straight away and I should receive it the next day, waited in all day and it still never came, they are closed on weekends so I had to wait till Monday and ring them yet again, rang them and they said it hadn't been dispatched, finally recieved it a week later! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!
