MINUS 5 STARS - LONG DELAYS - PLENTY OF EXCUSES - BAD SERVICE
I ORDERED FURNITURE ON THE 7TH OF JUNE - WAS GIVEN LOADS OF EXCUSES FOR NON DELIVERY RIGHT UP TO SEPTEMBER OF THIS YEAR 2012 SO I CANCELLED THE WHOLE ORDER - THEN HAD A TERRIBLE TIME TRYING TO GET MY REFUND - I HAVE NOW RECEIVED FULL REFUND AT THE END OF NOVEMBER 2012
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MERCURO TO ANYONE!!
