Good supplier but could improve here and there.
I bought a Sennheiser radio mic complete with flight case, largely because of the deal with the flight case. Mercury would have sold the case separately but for double the price (£200 on its own as opposed to £100 extra when buying the mic).
I asked Mercury to let me know when they were going to despatch, which they didn't. I chased and they had sent it earlier that day. Consequently I missed the delivery. On receipt the mic was in the flight case - logical but I would have preferred the mic in its original packing, and the case separately. The case has clearly been made with the minimum of component cost, although the foam insert is good. I would rather they had been generous enough to put some feet on the case though, or perhaps some ball corners. I debated between giving 3 or 4 stars.

Excellent advice, service, and delivery, backed up by a large stock of high quality products.

Excellent AV Company
We use Mercury AV to supply us with our profession radio mics, And large speaker systems and have done since 2005. They are fast, efficient, competitive extremely helpful with any quieries .

Great price, free delivery, order updates and with me in 24hrs. What's not to like?
Mercury beat all the majors on price and, unlike many, had the item in stock. A quick phone call to check was answered in a friendly and efficient manner and the goods arrived as promised a day later. Will use again and will go to mercury first.

Always top advice & keen pricing
I've been buying equipment from Mercury for a few years now & wouldn't buy my audio kit from anyone else. They have a great selection of stock and are happy to accommodate my requirements no matter how big or small. Their advice is always spot on and Ian has always been very happy to answer my never ending questions, always sounding as if he has all the time in the world to talk to me - a rare and much appreciated skill.

Efficient competitively priced service
I have used Mercury since 2009 & I have nothing but praise for the thoughtful & practical advice I've been given, when asking them to quote for equipment. They have supplied our company (Buxton Opera House & Pavilion Arts Centre) with Allen & Heath mixing equipment, Trantec mics, Martin speaker systems, TC, XTA, BSS & Yamamha outboard. 5 star service!

it was very quiet...BUT NOW IT'S VERY LOUD!!
I have never used Mercury AV before, however after a quick Google search for a replacement microphone I decided to give them a go.
They were very fast and very efficient and cost effective.
I will now continue to give them my custom.

I would highly recommend Mercury AV to anyone looking for great deals on pro audio. Their customer service is second to none and they offer unbiased advice to help you choose the right equipment for your situation. Any time I've had a problem, they deal with it straight away and nothing is too much trouble. One time I had a HF driver develop a fault after about 6 months into a 3 yr warranty, Ian just sent me a brand new cab so I wouldn't be left in the lurch!
Don't waste your time trawling the net for a better deal, these guys can't be beaten :)

Great service and fantastic communication
Ordered an RCF ART 412-A from Mercury on Good Friday. The item was marked as in stock, and we were desperate to receive the speaker before the following Saturday to use as a matching pair for an important highly paid wedding gig. Despite the two bank holidays, the speaker arrived on the Wednesday. Had numerous emails to inform me of progress, and was able to track delivery with the courier. Highly recommended, will definitely use Mercury again. Thank you!
