Hi my daughter recently bought a phone but not from Merimobiles & when I was looking at some I was able to live chat and ask some questions about the phone I wanted and I also asked about the phone that the daughter had bought as it was not rooted and it didn't have play store loaded to download any games or anything. The person I was chatting with said just send an email to merimobiles support and they will be able to help you. I did that and the support was overwelmining to help me with a mobile phone that was not even bought from Merimobiles. Merimobiles are there to help the people that have purchased products from them and also so that have not. I can not thank Merimobles enough for there support and recommend them highly for anybody that wants to purchase there products. I have since bought several phones from them and feel very confident that the product is very could and it feels great to know that Merimobiles will be there to help when needed. That kind of is my reaction to the transaction - I had some trepidation about sending that much money to a relatively unknown company in China, for a China-only dual-SIM HTC One. I had read a bit about them on the web, they came recommended on some geek sites...so I bit the bullet and ordered. Complicated a bit as I wanted it delivered to where I was on vacation rather than home, so we had some bank payment issues to resolve (used PayPal in the end), but once resolved they shipped fast and DHL took care of the rest. Fully rooted and English language (although some of the default News providers were all Chinese, as were the printed manuals), perfect condition and ready to rock. I am going to put my UK SIM in it today. Cannot fault Merimobile's communications, processing, or delivery...my bank issue and alternative delivery address made me test all of them. Very, very well done. There are other reviews of Merimobiles that stress that buying cheaper China-market tablets and phones have had problems, but these always seem to be with the cheap devices, not Merimobile's service. If you understand that you may have limited support once bought, ordering the actual device was a very good transaction.

Been on the lookout for a dual sim phone for a long time. I usually buy locally it makes an old Cusp like me more comfortable. I did find a lot of sites to purchave from. I want to bring this in your knowledge the experience i got after making my order at this website MeriMobiles.com who have been misleading customers to make order of such products they don't have in their stock.
On 2nd August, 2013 i have made an order #54677 for the phone iNEW i6000 2G/ 32G White color here is the link ( [external link removed] ). Before making my order i chatted in online chat on their website www.merimobiles.com . And in online chat they confirmed me that this phone is available in their stock. They confirmed me two times. I made my order and paid USD $367.90 for this phone. The phone had to deliver to me on 8th August as i have also chosen DHL Shipping.
On 4th August, 2013 i got an email from the company that the phone is not in their stock. It was a big disappointment for me because i made this order after their confirmation. So i asked them when it would be available? And next day they replied me it will take time.
I had only two options is either cancel my order immediately or choose any other phone to close this deal. So i visited their website and seen this phone UMI X2 2g/32g ( http://www.merimobiles.com/umi-x2-android4-2-mt6589t-1-5ghz-quad-core-dual-sim-5-inch-full-hd-1080p_p/meri7334.htm ).
Next day they replied me that this phone is also not in their stock. So same moment i cancelled my order and asked them to refund my full payment immediately to my Paypal account. Besides this to cross check i went to their website and chatted online to enquire this phone availability that they told me is not in their stock. And as expected in online chat they confirmed me three times that this phone is in their stock.
So it was absolutely very clear that this company is misleading their customers to make order of such products they have not in their stock since long. And after payment customers find himself in such a situation is to choose unwanted other products from their store or waits for weeks and months.
I cancelled my order on 6th August and told them to refund my full amount immediately.
On 7th August they mailed me that they need 72 hours to process my refund. 72 HOURS FOR REFUND through Paypal? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Paypal takes minutes or you can say seconds to process they payment. Anyhow I gave them 72 hours and they had to make the payment before 10th August. But Merimobiles.com hadn't paid me until 12th August when i went to Paypal website and opened a Dispute at Paypal Resolution Center.
And surprisingly minutes after i opened the dispute at paypal they replied to me in mail and also in few minutes they refunded my whole amount. Thanks to PAYPAL but Shame on Merimobiles.com you were waiting for this?
Three times i warned merimobiles.com that i am serious do not take me lightly. But you delayed me by emails and wasted my 10 days. I will post this experience everywhere. And also will bring this into the notice of PAYPAL, MONEY BOOKERS, ICANN, CHINA CYBER CRIME. Because you guys need a good lessons for the CHEAP practicing, the cheap ways you are cheating peoples.
There are no NEGATIVE marking on this website else i will give this company rank in negative numbers.

I'm such a money-saver product geek and so I scour the internet just to find a store that sells the cheapest.That's when I found merimobiles.com .I was looking for Cube U35GT and compared their price to other store. Luckily for me, I found their price the cheapest. So I contacted their customer service to clarify few things about the product and ordered it the same day. Did I mention they have the friendliest and most helpful customer rep? And that they ship worldwide? Anyway, they shipped the product in the most convenient way of my choice and got it for around 2 weeks which is really fast than I expected. And I was really excited and happy with the item. Cube U35GT is affordable but incredibly amazing product I bought from Merimobiles. The design and the specs that I expected is what I really got when I roadtest the item. Overall, they have great service and I'm happy with the item that I received. I highly recommend this company! Will buy from them over and over again.
I'd been looking at all the potential sites I could buy a TCL branded phone and Merimobiles seemed to have the strongest ratings and reviews. After making my purchase, I began to notice all the negative reviews of the site that I'd somehow failed to read and started getting a bit worried.
Little things like my phone's case not being in stock and the tracking number not being sent when expected made me even more nervous but I ended up receiving a tracking number only a few days after I'd made my purchase, and my phone only a day later! It took six days for my purchase to reach me from the day I placed my order and any questions or requests I had were very promptly answered by Crystal during this time.
Everything went through quickly without any problems. My advice to anyone wanting to buy something from Merimobiles but is hesitating a bit, message the company whenever you have any queries and use the chat function as well and they should get back to you quickly.
I would recommend Merimobiles for their great customer service, as I feel like if there were any major problems, Crystal would have helped me sort them out.
Myself and about 7 of my friends/clients have purchased tablets thru Merimobiles and besides some slow emails (only sometimes), they've been on the ball and have addresses any problems we had with the products. They are friendly and honest and product almost always ships as promised. I'd highly recommend them. Support staff Jay and Crystal has always made my shopping a pleasure.

Apart from other sites, merimobiles has a preorder team that can help you decide on your buy. and customer service (with its normal dificulties from being an online help) is also recomended.
I made the purchase online on May 20th, on the 24th gave me the tracking number, and on May 31 the order was in my hands, to point out that the shipment was by Ems and that my country is Portugal, one complicated country to the level of Customs.
Throughout this process I had a good online service were all very helpful.
I only have one negative thing to say, and if possible to improve, I wonder why 3 days of order processing?

I've had the device a while now and i love it. Especially if you get a custom Rom on there if you have no use for the Chinese apps. It runs super smooth and every single app works without any lag. Furthermore the phone shipped all the way from China to The Netherlands in just a few days and merimobiles was helpful at answering my questions.
I would recommend this device and this website to everyone that's looking for top of the line hardware and a fast and reliable service.
I recently purchased a tablet from Merimobiles and it was delivered within two weeks in good working order. Considering it was sent by free Chinese post this was much quicker than expected. Merimobiles was recommended on several websites for their good service and I was not dissapointed. I received an email reply to several questions I had within reasonable time. Overall I'm very happy with them and would buy from them again.
I did a lot of research before buying from Merimobiles and based on some of the disparaging remarks made by some buyers, I was kind of very hesitant to order from them. I did however, and I must say that they have earned my trust. They are very caring and were ready to work with me on some request that I made to them. All the freebies they promised to me arrived as promised and a refund of $7.00 that was promised was also paid into my paypal account within a short time.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone. One thing I expect from them is an expansion of inventory to meet the demands of buyers who visit their site.
I ordered the tablet (46470), however I needed to wait of shipping for 3 weeks, but when I ordered I read the information about 7 (maximum!) calendar days. Many times the staff excused for this delay, but unfortunately this tablet wasn't in stock. Finally I got this parcel with very very fast delivery. I would like to thank the staff of MeriMobiles for caring and willing to help. Why not 5 stars (not perfect)? - Because they told a lie, promising 7 calendar days for shipping.

I ordered a Star Note 2 Quad core on 25th March, dispatched from Beijing on 1st April, arrived here in Spain on 9th....post free. I tracked it all the way.
Product is really well made and does everything it says on the box, at a fraction of the cost of the Samsung Note 2.
I previously had a galaxy S2 and the build quality of the star is superb, I was a little hesitant before I ordered, but would recommend most highly now.

Had a problem with a phone that was supposed to come pre-rooted but came unrooted. Merimobiles offered a refund for the pre.rooted fee or store credit for a bit more of the fee. Support was quick, corteous and helpful. Fully recommend this store.
This is Mike and I had a very helpful chat for a tablet problem, just a couple of hours ago. I have to say however on the other hand, that my mail conversation for the same reason had interrupted abruptly and I hadn't any answer for almost 10 days (That's why 4 stars so far). The chat guy from the official site however (nickname: John), was extremely kind and helpful and gave me solution to my problem (at least how to return my tablet for repair / replacement). I have to wait now to see if the service department of the company is supportive as well.

First of all i tried to cancel the order and i got fast response. I wanted to change my order but i was too late. OK i can life with that. I had ordered a screen protector with installation option and i got a screen protector that was too small and it was not installed by the supplier. That was somehow disappointing. I also ordered a tablet cover, but that is not a good cover i can't even secure the tablet in it. So that was also a big disappointment. I could accept those big flaws if the tablet would work correctly, but after about a week the unit (Ramos W30HD) has died.
When i tried to cancel this order i got a quick response, but now i have a problem no response.
I was too quick with giving a review. I have gotten good support and after troubleshooting (did not work) i am going to sent the device back and i will get a refund. They also going to pay for the shipping costs.
They promissed a full refund, but they still haven't give me the refund. When you have problems the service is pretty bad here. Bleh i hate this company and i will never order here again.

I'm using Merimobiles as a supplier for a few years, I'm a reseller and I think I bought over 100 products from them. Great customer service, they always find a way to help and I trust them. They provide suggestions regarding the shipment or payment methods, or product related stuff.
I recommend to buy from them both for wholesalers, or clients interested in buying small packages from China.
I bought over 4 items there via DHL, until now NO problems! Very fast, just 3 days and it was at home so what to say? Quality was perfect and all worked fine, support still better than European online sites, and they are "real people" which knows what they do.
So trust them, but before taking them for "scammers" "thiefs" , just inform about cinas abtitudes! I mean, how difficult is it to use google and inform yourself about cinese holidays, or that cinese post takes over 1 month, or that you have to pay dutie taxes by importing it. You save just a lot of money by buying the product by them, so don't be a miser and pay the express transport!
So .. really good service, support and products!

Purchased a Star Note 5.1 inch Android Dual SIM Smartphone and had an issue immediately with the operation of the Dual SIM features.
Technical support was superb - all you could have asked for. They were prompt in responding, understood what I was saying, gave suggestions and advice, and talked me through possible solutions. After two weeks of trying everything we could think of and just as a return was about to be arranged, we found a solution.
Most impressed with Merimobiles technical support.
This is the third tablet/smartphone I have purchased from them in the last few years and I will not use any other supplier for such purchases in the future. Not even to compare prices.
As for value, this smartphone has higher specifications than a phone which would cost four (4) times the price purchased from a telecom shop (Telecom, Vodafone) in New Zealand, where you cannot get Dual SIM phones anyway.

I'd like to share my experience with merimobiles.
I ordered Witstech A81G tablet +accessories in May 2011 and paid $208,99 for it.
In July 2011 I've got the tablet: I wasn't happy with the condition (it was looking like item from show case) and some accessories were missed (but this is not a main problem...). A few months after I received the item I was busy with my own stuff and coudn't even test it.
I started test the item in december 2011. After serveral days of using: firstly, a wifi has stopped working, then touchscreen stopped responded to touches. I mailed tablet to Merimobiles as they requested (I've spent additional $30).
During May - December 2012 we've communicated with email@example.com:
I asked Merimobiles to fix and send me the original tablet or refund. Merimobiles couple of times said that they fixed the item and sent back to me, but that was wrong information.
Merimobiles said that they couldn't refund or can't fix the original tablet neither.
Merimobiles asked whether I'd accept other models as a replacement. I answered - yes, but they asked me to pay more (full price with small discount), even the replacement model was cheaper than I've paid. So we could not agree.
I asked couple of times Merimobiles about their warrenty duties. They've just ignored my questions.
To sum up, what I haven't saw:
- any intent to help and respond to their warrenty duties from Merimobiles.
- any try to refund or offer me to other model with good discount.
What I saw:
- wrong information about fix and sending device to me.
- try to sell me more (why I should buy more?).
At the end of the day, after more then half of year Merimobiles haven't fixed and haven't sent me the tablet or haven't refund my order. I hope that story would help to choose right seller.

From the picture you sent I can see the thin film of plastic is applied on the unit, remove it and you will see there is no scratches
We only sell new units directly from the factory, yes we do test it before shipping it out to ensure its works properly and avoid DOA units

I have a aproblem with the leather case because it doesn´t fit exactly and merimobiles solved this problem very fast and uncomplicated.

I ordered from merimobiles on August 23. It is September 17 2012. I have not received anything. They have already taken the money from my account. They gave me a tracking number. When I tried to track the item, it says no trace. I went back to website there is no contact information such as a number or email. When I go to my account it says I haven't placed an order with them but I was emailed a confirmation number. This is a rip off.
