Really good fast service at the lowest prices.
Order a pair of Rock Shox forks reduced by 40% and a Rock Shox Reverb post. I paid and they were dispatched the same day and in my living room the day after. The prices always seem to be the cheapest, especially with the 10% extra off.

The price was fantastic and much lower then everywhere else including Used ones on Ebay. I ordered late on the Wednesday and my new wheels had arrived by 12 o'clock on the Thursday. Very impressed with the Price, the item and the Shipping. Merlin Cycles have done a great job!

Another bargain from Merlin
Having looked at all the other large bike shops on the internet Merlin were again the cheapest, this time for a full set of Deore disc brakes. Fully packaged with all mounts, spare olives etc, not an OEM brake in a black plastic bag as has happened with other shops.

Poor returns service
The initial delivery of my order was prompt, however it was the wrong item.
I sent the item back for a refund, it was picked up for return to Merlin almost two weeks ago and I had to pester the returns email address for the company to even aknowledge that they had recieved the item. I'm still waiting for the money to be returned to my account and am told that I will have to wait another 5 working days.

Good Prices and reliable delivery
Generally Merlin don't always have the best online prices but every few weeks they drop in a stupidly good bargain that I end up buying just because it's such good value - I don't always need it!
Delivery is always quick and the few times that I've had to contact them they have been great.
