Staff were very helpful during the ordering process, even when a change was required. European delivery was free and arrived quickly. Only problem was the brake pads I had ordered were missing, a call to Merlin and a replacement set were despatched. (This did not help with the weekend we had booked and were not able to do, with no stopping power!) Overall a good service only slightly marred by a storeroom error.
