Dealt with Merlin cycles before and had first rate service. Surprised on this occasion to have half of my order missing in the post, with no mention of whether to expect in a separate delivery, and no e-mail correspondence telling me any different.
However, to give them their due, a quick e-mail to them to ask where the remaining items were was dealt with efficiently and politely, apology immediately issued, and the remaining parts of the order were dispatched the following day. Can't say fairer than that.
