usually ok, but bad communications & poor cutomer service is a let down
Recently bought some campy BB cups from Merlin (shown as silver on their website), I rang them to make sure that I would receive the silver coloured ones & was assured I would. However when they arrived they were the bronze/green coloured ones that I was trying to avoid. I rang Merlin & they said to send them back & as they had sent the wrong colour they would refund me & pay for the return post.Well I got my refund but they did not reimburse my return potage costs & I have heard nothing else from them except several requests to fill in surveys & leave reviews...so here it is. Hope you have a better experience with Merin than I have had.
