No problems
I ordered a bottle of Neurostim, paid with Paypal. After a litlle misinterpretion of the user infterface (had to click again to make the order go through, after paying with paypal) the order was on it's way, and I got an email confirmation.
The product shipped within a few days as promised and arrived well packaged in the mail in the timeframe promised on the webpages.
The product itself is quite amazing, and works for me as advertised. Feel clear in the head, and able to concentrate better. Music sounds better, and I am more calm.
I have only shopped once, but it worked as promised.

Solid trustworthy company with awesome customer service!

Definitely recommended.
Fair prices for capsules, bit expensive on the powders. Delivered to Canada in 13 days. Not too for sending it from the UK and shipping being $4.88.
Great customer service! Forum community is small at the moment, but fairly knowledgeable.

Tried a competitor product as it is slightly cheaper but every single time I come back to get Bacopa from MN because their product joes works better.
The only drawback is the admin/handling fee, looks like a well thought out way to add hidden charges :) It's only like 3 pounds but can be annoying if you don't buy things in bulk

Good stuff so far! Could maybe use a wider selection.
I've only used Mind Nutrition for one taster order of Aniracetam. It did exactly as promised, which is all I could ask for! Reasonable postage rates, (reasonable prices more importantly!). Though there's not much of a difference in total volume when buying pills (e.g 90x600mg = 54g for £18.45 which is 34.2p per gram ) and the bulk powders (50g for £15.95. which works out at 31.9p per gram). Usually Bulk powders are a little cheaper than this from the states but if you enjoy making your own stacks then to each their own! For me, 2.3p per gram (or around 0.8p per pill) isn't enough for me to justify home capping but I prefer to optimistically think that i'm getting a good deal on the pills here rather than to complain about the powder!
Regarding a wider selection; I currently order a bunch of things from the US (Noopept, resveratrol, 5-htp, cq10... as well as vinpocetine, sulbutiamine, phenibut and alpha gpc which they do stock) in bulk powder form. As you can assume, it's a nightmare with customs and tax and the like so it would be brilliant to have a local source at a competetive price! Obviously with the relatively minor capping cost I previously mentioned, i'd be happy to pay a little more for pre-capped pills too!
For anybody still reading this wall of text, long story short. Good website, good prices for pre-capped items, and relatively a little pricier but much less hassle for powders!

Speedy service and great product!
I'm very happy with my order from Mind Nutrition. I received it very quickly, and the product is of excellent quality. Their prices are reasonable too.
I would like to see them expand their product range, but as long as they keep stocking the stuff I need, I'll be happy!

Good products and excellent service
I’ve been a customer for quite a while, and I have always appreciated Mind Nutrition’s excellent service. I receive my products less than 24 hours after ordering them which make Mind Nutrition the fastest internet supplier I deal with. I find their products to have a good effect and the website to be excellent. All good reasons why I stick to this supplier for my nootropics.

Excellent Service
I ordered a bottle of Neurostim and had small problems processing order on webiste. So i contacted the company and they immediately processed my order and upgraded my shipping. Package arrived in the caribbean a week later!! (that never happens EVER) Very happy with the service. I will definitely use again.

Great website to browse. Great products at very reasonable prices. Most importantly though, these are great people to deal with. They know their products well and they obviously work... intelligent, helpful and friendly people. The customer service really is top notch. All purchases I've made have been delivered promptly - as promptly as a UK to Australia delivery can be - well packed and with no issues.
I've been using their services for a while now and I have already recommended and will continue to recommend them to whoever I can.

Very quick delivery and excellent customer service

Good quality products
The order takes a bit long to arrive to the US.
Some of the products work for me, some don't. I appreciate the fast response times by customer service.
I think that your description page should have info on all the nootropics you sell, as well as more possibilities for stacks.
Finally, a troubleshooting page would be helpful both for your business and your customers. If a product isn't working, the customer could refer to the troubleshooting page to see if he or she is doing something wrong, and this way could try a different approach. This could increase your possibility of increasing your base of returning, loyal customers.

exemplary service
I am really pleased with the service of mind nutrition. I had ordered Picamilon twice as I found that it is so good, my moods are 200% better.
Mind nutrition are the cheapest I have found on the net.
Good fast service, for some reason they were one day late posting the picamilon so they told me they would refund the postage cost on the order but in fact they credited my account half the entire value of the order. I am going to re-order soon I think.
My only gripe is that I have to order by bank order or paypal.
Bank orders are a bit of a pain and paypal are the scum of the earth.
If they took visa directly then they would be 5 stars.
Picamilon is awesome has brought my anxiety and stress levels right down.

Informative Nootropic's shop
Was looking for nootropic's awhile, reading about it for ages but just could not find a shop that would sell some. Stumbled upon mindnutrition by accident whilst looking for info. Did not need to look further. They sell a huge variarity and it states good info as well ! ( dosage, effects, etc...)
Shipping was fast aswell, cannot complain.
