I just love the dress I bought off misguided! Just a basic midi dress in black an it was an absolute bargain. It's gorgeous material, not to clingy (Massive plus) and just a general good night out/day dress for amazing value!
This was the worst online shopping experience i have ever had, and i purchase just about everything online. The clothes took 5+ weeks to arrive, even after several emails where they were no help at all (they should have taken 2 weeks max). One of the skirts didnt even come and everything else was the tackiest poorly made clothes i have ever seen. NOTHING like the photos, see through unhemmed material falling apart at the seams and everything i got was waaaaaay larger then it should have been. I asked for a refund and they refused. I wouldnt want me worst enemy to shop on this site!
I've only just discovered missguided.co.uk and after a friend bought a dress with no fuss i thought I'd give it ago. Lovely stuff to be honest but i have noticed one very big problem : stock/ site maintenance.
After contacting customer support asking if a particular dress i had my heart set on, would be back in stock in my size, they gave the typical retailers reply of 'tough luck'. Which is fine, i guess, if their site wouldn't change what sizes are in stock nearly every hour, and then not let you add the damn thing to your basket. So frustrating, the website is beyond terrible! its not just one or two items, its bloody everything. Most of their stock is gone when its the xmas/party season.
Obviously they have no idea how to run a website and organize themselves.
i did manage to buy my dress only to be told it was a site glitch and got a full refund and 10% off my next order, which is at least something, but i don't want to try them again. Never had this problem before, i always buy online.
Sticking to good old ASOS.
I purchased 2 dresses off the site for my birthday however I didn't like either in the end, not only that one of the dresses had make up stains all over the front of it.
So I then returned both dresses, I was disgusted that they had included a "free prepaid return postage" which in the fine print says they deducted £2.50 from your returned! This is the first company I know to do this. Also they decided to refund me for ONE dress and send me the other one back? Why? I do not know. So I contact their customer service who told me orders can be amended until it is processed. My order was not at the processed stage so I asked to cancel it and to my "surprise" I was told it was too late. Contradiction?
On receiving the awful dress again it does not include a "free" pre paid postage sticker only one to return for the cost of £3.10. Worst company I have ever dealt with still waiting on not only the first response (as they stated my issue had been passed on) but yet another one I emailed today.
Defiantly sticking to ASOS and boohoo in the future first and LAST time I ever order off this site.
I bought a dress from sweet deal on september 13, that's 2 months ago, and HAVEN'T received it yet! on top of that the track number I received was fake and didn't work! It was my first and last time buying from missguided. Never again.

I bought a catsuit from Misguided, its absolutely gorgeous and delivery was quick, no problems whatsoever, I WILL be buying again and site is bookmarked for the purpose, love misguided and have already recommended to others!! X
I placed two orders with Missguided on the same day (it had said something was out of stock when I placed the first order, but was in stock afterwards).
I then was told the next day that one of the items wasn't in stock, and that they would refund me.
I waited around 3 weeks to receive my clothes (still hadn't received my refund though) and when i received them they were very poor quality. I ordered about 6 items, and only 1 was okay to wear.
I then waited another 2 or 3 weeks (finally got my refund in this time) for my second order to arrie (that i had ordered on the same day!) and it never did. Asked for a refund and they kept screwing me around.
I lodged a claim with PayPal, and then Missguided kept saying that if i wanted the money back i would have to close the claim. I spoke with PayPal and this DEFNITELY isn't the case.
Do not buy from this company. Bad quality, unreliable shipping (no tracking numbers provided - even though they say there is) and although they have replied to my emails, they never really answer my questions.
I'm not even going to try and return the poor quality, ill fitting clothes because i know i will never get a refund.
Ordered a lovely jumpsuit for my xmas party this sunday 28/11/13. Recieved it today yippee, no problems with postage..One BIG problem tho, its not the suit i ordered and paid 61€ for!!!! i ordered a slim leg deep plunge sequin one, i got a wide leg high neck one!!!!!!!! How friggin bad customer service is that...???
Even had the CHEEK to give me a cheaper suit..So STOLE My monEY??

placed my order on 21st october over £100, so i'm not talking about £15 REFUND
after receiving my order and few items what didn't fit sent back .... sounds simple !but not with missguided!!!
5days later got email confirming that r return has safely been received at Missguided and it will be passed to our returns department who will process your refund or exchange as requested.
but no still today after 10emails i been asked to send them the name of the returned items, so that they will be able to process my refund.
"Once you have provided us with the above detail, we will be able to assist you further."
its a joke today is 28th of November and im not sure if ill get my money :(
I made an order on 12/11/13 it was apparently dispatched on 13/11/13 I went for the free delivery to Aus & nz which should only take 8-10 working days. Now it is the 28/11/13 and still haven't received my items! I ordered 2 tops, 1 skirt and 1 crop top which all together cost me about $104 Aus dollars! I have contacted customer care numerous times and countless times they have told me to just keep on waiting for a few more days (3rd email to the within 1 week) I have waited long enough and I am very angry! They haven't also asked me to check with my local post office just incase I have missed my order so I did I went to my post office that same day and asked whether there was a package for me and the man said no.
What should I do guys? Keep on waiting or?

emailed customer service. in fairness they were quick to resolve my issue.
re-ordered the same dress came the next day which i was pleased, unfortunetally didnt fit me so i had to send it back.
posted it, they have received it as i had an email ( again, which was very good) however never had my money refunded back to my bank account.
as you could imagine i was very disappointed.
i would suggest to be very vary and check your bank statement if indeed you had the money back
SO i recently bought 2 dresses from misguided, and after waiting a MONTH to recieve my items, one of the dresses is incredibly too small. I am usually a size 10 and it wouldn't even zip up. My friend who is a size 8 tried it on and it was still too tight. I don't understand how this could be as I always go off the measurements on the site. Also, my second dress was so see through that it needed a slip under it, which added another layer that made me look bigger than what I was. I don't know if it is even worth trying to refund as I have read so many reviews about people not receiving their refunds after paying to send it back. Also, never got a tracking on my package even though it is promised. WORST WEBSITE I have told ALL my friends on facebook to not buy from this website. DON"T waste your money!
PS I think these 5 start rating on here are fake, they are clearly trying to save their arses- and also promote their specials in the reviews.
I ordered my jumpsuit on november 11. When my jumpsuit in size 8 arrived it was too small. My friend who is a size 6 could fit it and even on her it was a little too small.
Well then I had to send the package back and their return regulations required that the package HAD to be sent as a hard package WITH tracing. Because of that, I paid the same price as the jumpsuit originally costed.
Like it weren't enough they just wrote me a couple of days ago that they are going to withdraw extra money from my bank account to cover the shipping for my new size.
Well that's great. One thing is for sure - I will never use this site again.
I have to start by saying that this was the worst online shopping experience ever (and I order a lot online). I cannot believe how unorganised, unreliable and unprofessional Missguided are.
This was my first order with them as I'd seen many adverts that looked appealing and a few of my friends ordered from them too. A few of them have had issues with orders and payments but I thought they can't mess up on every order can they.
My first issue was with their website and ordering process. I initially tried to order 5 items but when I went through with the order the online system only let me order 4, even though the last item I wanted was in stock. The online system just took it out of my basket at checkout when I went to make payment. Quite annoying!!!
My second issue was the fact that I had placed an order in the afternoon and of a value that was eligible for free next day delivery. I selected next day delivery at check out because I wanted to wear one of the jumpsuits I ordered for an event. So I really needed my order to come on time. Usually when I do next day delivery with other retailers, the package arrives promptly. With Missguided the package comes a day late and late in the evening. I ordered the package on Tuesday expecting it on Wednesday. I even got an email saying my package is in it's way and had a friend stay at my house all day to receive that package as I was at work. The package never arrived on Wednesday as it was meant to and when it arrived on Thursday, it was late in the evening. This next day delivery went completely out the window!!!!
My third issue was the fact that they overcharged me for items I did not order. My order was placed for 4 items and that was what my emails and invoice stated. However, when I looked at my online bank statement it showed that they had overcharged me an extra £27.99. Seriously, after taking items I wanted to order out of the basket and then delivering my package really late, they want to take extra money!!! And I thought their service couldn't get worse.
I contacted their customer service team and explained everything. They, as an apology offered me a measly 10% off my next purchase. I don't even want to order from them again so what use is that to me. The staff member also stated that they would refund the overcharged amount. Missguided attempted to rectify this one mistake by issuing me a refund for the money they shouldn't have taken in the first place. But please note everyone: they can't even fix their own mistake properly. They overcharged me by £27.99 for an item I did not order and refunded me £27.98. The issue isn't the penny, they could have refunded me incorrectly by an even greater amount. The point is that after making so many mistakes while processing and attempting to fulfil my order. How unprofessional is it to refund incorrectly an amount that should not have been taken in the first place!!!! It's a matter of professionalism and a matter of respect for the customer to ensure that after all the mistakes made in the initial complaint. All other matters with that customer should be completed correctly without mistake.
My next issue was with the customer service team. They aren't that helpful at all. When you ask them questions they reply with an answer to a question you never asked. They keep stating 'your refund will take 7 days to process'. One I never asked that question as I already read that from the website. And two why have you not answered my actual question. I had to email persistently for a month before I actually got a proper response when I requested to speak to someone of a higher level. Worst service ever.
When I returned a few items from the order, again I noticed that the refund amount was not correct.
Finally as Missguided charge to post returns. I asked them to cover my postage as an apology rather than the useless 10% off code which I will never use. They continuously refused to do this. Even though the reason I returned my items was because the package was late (Missguided's fault) and I could not wear the items for when I ordered them for. I also explained that the 10% code isn't of any use to me and 10 percent off an order would usually be equivalent to the postage charge anyway. So as an act of courtesy and apology for all the inconveniences, it was the least they could do. I WASN'T asking for both. I was asking for postage to be covered as an alternative to the code as I don't intend on using the code (i told them to invalidate the code) and it works out the same and if not better for them. So I don't know what their issue was. Again this request was continuously refused and sometimes ignored, until I asked to speak to someone higher as they were of no help to me and were simply wasting my time.
I will never be ordering from them again. Customers be careful, check your orders and refunds correctly and if possible avoid!

I returned a delivery using MyByBox on 3/9/13, after many emails from myself to Missguided I eventually got refunded wrongly on 8/11/13 & am STILL trying to get the rest of my money back that missguided owe me! I have been offered nothing in compensation just emails saying it will be sorted when it never is! I'm absolutely furious and so appalled by the customer service or lack of shall I say! I would say 0 stars but it doesnt give you that option!
Brilliant clothing and innovative designs but delivery had let me down when I had paid for next day delivery several times and never got it next day, the items actually came 3 days late. I was only offered an insincere apology despite this happening several times. This really dishonours the customer service element and makes me not want to buy from there.
I ordered 3 dresses from Miss guided and they billed me for all three. I then later received an email saying that they had made a mistake and one of the three dresses i ordered, they didn't actually have in stock in the size id required. I would not have minded this, had they not charged me for it. They did refund the money back into my account. But i didn't think that it was acceptable. Also as i returned one of the dresses (and they charge for P&P returns)i asked if i could have free P&P for the conciliation. And the were unwilling to offer me any type of help of guidance. I was disappointed with the service that they provided.
Misguided have great choice of clothes good quality. Delivery service cannot fault always on time customer service one of the best, fast service answer email ASAP refund was ASAP. I have no negative fed back from this online store.
I love Missguided and have ordered from them on Various occasions! Their delivery is quick and there clothes are a good fit. Although I have had a problem with the extra detail on a recent item. I think the pictures need to be a little clearer as this particular item I received looked like the sleeves were fitted to the arms but when I received the item it was a flared sleeve which I am not to fond of. I have kept the item and dealt with it as the rest of it I am in love with! It just ruined this item ever so slightly. However Love the clothes and I think they need retail stores in various high streets and cities!
Did not have my size in the jumper I wanted,but replied to my email instantly stating that they would let me know as soon as they had some back in stock. Ordered the jumper in a bigger size with an easy checkout with instant confirmation emails letting me know and delivered the parcel at 9am the next day notifying me where my parcel was the whole time,excellent service.
I'm from Indonesia...I ordered 3 jumpsuits from MissGuided...when the package arrived I was super excited to open it, but when I saw my 3 jumpsuits in person I was completely disappointed...though I ordered them all in Size 12 but they seemed to have different Sizes, 1 Jumpsuit was true to Size(as I usually order from other UK Based Online Fashion Stores like ASOS, River Island, Little Mistress, etc etc so I know the Standard of Size 12), well the other 2 jumpsuits that I purchased from MissGuided were completely messed up, 1 of them was too tight that I couldnt even zip it while the other one was totally loose...it was way too big for me almost like Size 14 or even 16. And to be honest the quality of one of them...the sequin one was very bad, almost torn apart(not worth the price £39.99 IMO), very poorly sewn. I can get much better quality jumpsuits at the same price from ASOS, River Island or even USA Forever21.
Sorry to say MissGuided, you really did disappoint me!!!=(
I think the choice offered on the site is great.
However i chose the next day delivery option which did nto arrive next day.
Although i was given a £10 off voucher code this was not helpful for that purchase and that code was only valid for 2weeks.
Also i find it very annoying that when other sites like Boohoo.com can offer free returns Missguided do not.
You have to pay a £2 stocking fee and do not even get confirmation that they have received your return to be processed.
I am still waiting for a refund on a return i previously sent on 31/10/13, apparently is takes up to 30 days to process but just an email to say my package has been received and the refund is in process would be nice.
I ordered a dress in size 10, it came in a size 8. The label on the dress said size 10 the actual dress said size 8, so there labelling their products wrong. I thought I'll just give the dress to my little sister and not complain and shes a size 6. It didn't even zip up on her so the way they make there dresses is all wrong as well. Its not the first time.
I'm waiting for a refund, and its been 9 working days and nothing in my bank. They said it will come into my bank within 3-5 working days but nothing.
I've been getting emails from Missguided saying 'Thanks for your order...' Someone elses name, so they email system is unorganised.
This is the first bad review I've made about anything. Would not recommend this site at all. There quality of clothes is not that great but that's understandable because it is cheap and that's what your essentially paying for.
I received an item damaged as it was not packaging in a box, sent it back for an exchange only to receive the item again damaged as they had packaged it in a box or anything remotely suitable for the item. I still haven't heard back from or been offered anything for my inconvenience.
I will NEVER order from this website again!!! I ordered two dresses for my upcoming engagement photo shoot and was not able to wear them because my order came extremely late. I emailed Misguided after it was a day or two late and received an email stating that they were unable to track my order.
When I finally received my order, I had one dress that was very poorly sewn and one extra, EXTRA large white t-shirt!!! This was not what I ordered at all so as you can imagine, I was beyond upset.
I have emailed Misguided requesting a refund but with the poor customer care I have already experienced, I wouldn't expect them to actually do the right thing.
DO NOT waste your time or money on this website! They clearly do not care to double-check your orders, ship them out on time, or about their customer's satisfaction at all!
Excellent variety of items, at very reasonable prices, especially the basics range. Very quick delivery. Main problem is they never seem to have much in stock or at least not in all sizes. My recent purchase was too small so sent it back requesting an exchange for the larger size. Noticed I had been refunded in my bank account, rather than my item exchanged and only upon myself enquiring discovered that I had been refunded as the size I requested it be exchanged for, was not in stock - but misguided had not notified me of this.
Fast to take your money but slow to return it when you want a refund, over 4 weeks. Also they let you add out of stock items to your basket, ridiculous. Would not recommend. Slow response to emails, its clear they are not original and send the same ones to everyone.

When I ordered the voucher code didn't work I was charged full price, customer care sorted it out no problem. My order was meant to be next day delivery but didn't get dispatched for 2-3 days. Yodel aren't a very good delivery service they can't give you any time range for delivery so should I take a day off work ??? I am actually wanting to return my item now and just went online and have seem it's now 50% off that's just typical !! Even though the cc team were easy to email ( not happy there's no phone number) the wait to get things resolved etc is too long. Also my name isn't Melissa black so I'm obviously not that valued, getting a customers name correct seems the first thing to get right before getting in touch
