I ordered a dress on Friday the 18th of January. It was over £40 so I expected next day delivery which would be today Monday the 21st of January. It is of my understanding that it is good customer service to inform someone if their order has been delayed and will not make it. I actually received a text this morning saying that my order would be with me between 8am and 6pm - there is no sign of it. I understand there has been bad weather recently so I checked the website and it said no problems with deliveries in Wales which is where I live. It is my 21st birthday on Saturday and this dress was ordered for my party. I am a student who has had to scrape together the money to even buy the dress and if it doesn't turn up I will not have a dress for my party. It is totally unacceptable to tell someone their delivery will be today, make them wait in the house all day and not turn up. Now I have no way of knowing weather or not the dress will turn up and no money to buy another in case. DO NOT USE MISSGUIDED!! YES THE CLOTHES MAY BE NICE BUT ONLY IF YOU ACTUALLY GET THEM IN TIME.

I have looked into your order and it appears that you placed your order after the cut off time for Next Day delivery (Thursday 8:00pm). Therefore the order would be dispatched on the next working day, Monday, for delivery on the Tuesday.
After tracking your order it appears to have been delivered.
