awful customer service, products arrive much later than advertised and extremely difficult, if not impossible, to get your money back!
Ordered a dress from missguided for NYE on Thurs 27th December using on of their free next day delivery 'promotions'. Dress did not arrive the next day, and when chasing the courier company at 5.30 I was informed that missguided hadn't actually dispatched anything and that there was no record of my order. I saw that several other girls were having similar issues on facebook so did what they were all advised and private messaged them. Someone came back to me at 7 pm that same evening telling me if was in fact due to arrive that day. it didn't arrive that day, and actually didn't arrive until Jan 3rd. I wouldn't have minded but in the meantime i was told that it had gotten lost in the post, which i find difficult to believe when at 5.30 the courier wasnt even aware of it as an order. needless to say, i have returned the item for a refund and have yet to receive anything. after getting in touch with missguided i was told that they have not received my return, despite having returned the dress on the same day i received it. luckily, i have proof of postage which i have since sent, however have yet to receive any refund, or even a response, have simply been 'passed on to another department'.
Far too much trouble for what the clothes are worth. if they were to invest as much time into resolving customer complaints, or perhaps even preventing them in the first place, as they do posting useless rubbish on facebook they would not be finding themselves in a situation where some customers are threatening to sue!
Save yourself a lot of time and hassle and just don't bother.
