Was appalled at the service I received from missguided. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
I bought a pair of heels which were firstly put it too small a box and the discovered that there was a big scratch on the front of them. Having went to the hassle of returning them and wanting an exchange a week later I received the EXACT same pair of shoes.
I contacted missguided and was not impressed by their cheeky response. They said that they were not faulty and it was up to the warehouses discretion, even though the shoes were never out of the box.
I'm still waiting on my full refund and I will never shop at missguided again!
