I have had several bad experiences with this company.
I think the fact that they have no phone number to contact them is very frustrating since I regularly have to contact them!

I ordered a dress for an occasion one Saturday. Picked next day delivery however package had not arrived on the Friday and was sent an email saying they were having problems locating my product so there would be a delay. Dress arrived on Monday and I sent them an email telling them I wanted to return it since delivery was late and I no longer had a need for the dress.

They replied saying there was a note on my account and that I would NOT be charged the £3.00 for returns as they usually do since my order arrived late. Returned the dress and surprise surprise received an email from them this morning saying they have received my return and refunded my money - Minus the £3.00 to cover costs. DESPITE being told this would not happen.
So, another email sent and the reply I received told me that they are sorry but the return cost is at the discretion of the returns team!!!
What a terribly run company!!! VERY unprofessional.

I have finally learnt my lesson.
Never again!
