Basically a long story short.. charged 3 times for a dress I wanted one of, recieved 2 of the same dress, paid for next day delivery did not recieve, one dress was broken on arrival ( zip was not working), this was at the beginning of NOVEMBER. Have not heard from company, no contact number, NO REFUND.. absolutely disgraceful I am asking for a refund for all 3 will never ever buy off this company again, or recomend it to friends.. taking money from peoples accounts without their consent seems to be a regular occurrence with this company you would wonder what is going on I find it all very strange that this is allowed to go on, am looking for somehere to which I can make a formal complaint about the carry on of this "company".
