A company that won't accept responsibility for their error
I am writing on behalf of my daughter. She order some shoes about 4-5 weeks ago in a size 1 but received the same shoes in a size 5 for some odd reason. I had to take them to the post office and was told by the company that if we attached the proof of postage to the invoice then we would get a full refund of the postage. After several e-mails sent by my daughter and being told we should have sent it back using the free post label (which we never received) we are still have not been refunded the £5.30 postage fee. Its not the money its the principle. We are spending time getting this resolved which is so frustrating as we are just banging our head against a brick wall. Its just not fair as it was Missguided's fault in the first place and we are paying for it now.

I am sincerely sorry to hear about this matter and I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I have investigated this for you and can see that an advisor replied to your daughter on the 27/01/13 with a response in regards to the postage.
I do invite you to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish for me to investigate this further.
