Amazing!! Great service and friendly team, very very very happy customer!

I ordered a dress in two different sizes, by the time the order came only one dress arrived (s10), and someone elses invoice reciept!! I emailed them and wrote and their facebook page and received prompt response shortly. Within a day I had constant contact with them which made me happy as it kept me in the loop. They were apologetic and helpful. Recieved confirmation that I will not be charged twice and that delivery+ refund will be free. I also have a 10% discount offer...
They despatched my order first class and it was received next day, however it was sent to my old address. In a mad panic I emailed them and without any problems they despatched a third order promptly- and I received it the very next day (today). I was worried I was charged twice but I was reassured by Michelle G, that the invoice on the website came out for their information only.
Despite the rocky start, I can say I am very happy with the service I received. The staff were friendly, compassionate, helpful, considerate, efficient and kept me clued up on what was going on. VERY much appreciated!!
