I ordered a sequin cut out dress and wore it on a night out however it cut my arms up because of how poorly made it is. The inside is full of sequins and they rubbed. I had rashes and cuts on my arms legs and back. I e-mailed misguided and they said 'maybe next time you should wear an underskirt'!
I told them it is not fit for purpose and doesn't comply to the sales of goods act which they should adhere to. They basically said sorry, unlucky were not bothered.
I am now taking this case to trading standards and I never ever write reviews but I wouldn't want somebody else to be ripped off like I have!
There clothes are not a high standard and now I've realised this is why it's so cheap.
A very reasonable and nice lady called Grace finally saw that I had a valid point that this dress was unfit for purpose and therefore faulty and agreed for me to send it back free post and choose a dress of equal value that they would dispatch to me. I did get the end result I wanted but it was a struggle! Happy now :)

It is unacceptable that an item of clothing is causing you such discomfort and pain, this is certainly not fit for use. Therefore a faulty item.
I urge you to email me at email@example.com where I will provide you with a free post label to return the dress. Please then chose an item off the website of the same value and we will re dispatch the item for you.
