I placed an order with missguided a couple of weeks ago on 'next day delivery' trusting that I would receive my parcel the NEXT day. I received an email confirming delivery would be between 8am and 6pm the next day. Great. I waited in ALL day, arranged for my daughter to be collected from school by her grandma, but no parcel arrived. I was going out to a party that evening and placed an order for next day delivery as that is when I expected to get it and I had arranged to be home all day. The next day, when I was at work they attempted delivery, which i obviously missed. i emailed missguided to complain. They emailed me back with NO offer of compensation and just advised me to re-arrange delivery. So I replied requesting compensation, to which they offered me 10% off my next order, but this had to be made in the next 2 weeks and they would not cover my delivery charge. If I have just bought items, I am not going to want to purchase further items in the next 2 weeks and why should I pay delivery???? <External links removed> are miles ahead of missguided-if they make a mistake it is rectified immediately, but no such luck with this company. I cancelled my original order and I'm awaiting my refund, but out of principle I will not shop here again. I doubt my friends will either. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
