Ordered back in December, the website was playing up and order seemed not to go through, turned out it did, 3 times!! So charged three times, received two orders, sent one back which I paid shipping for!
3 months later and I still haven't received my refund for their mistake!
I have e-mailed and e-mailed, the customer service is awful. Initially I received email replies meant for other customers and also saw the customers original e-mail.
Made me very confused and annoyed.
Sent them another e-mail this morning after checking my bank account, and wait for a reply. They should really have a number to call!
Feels very disorganised.
Not using Missguidied again. Fed up.
