The first time I ordered of missguided was to buy a sequin top. Had student discount and sale discount so I thought I got a pretty good deal. The top arrived in good time and its very good quality especially for a completely sequinned top. Second time, I ordered a dress, and it arrived the next day (using free next day delivery) but it was not the right size at all, it was a size 8, but was massive on me and so I've had to send it back. I paid on paypal which meant I couldn't use the royal mail, so I had to sent back using Collect+. I had to print out my own label, and go to a local store to sent it back, and it cost me £3.10 to send the dress that didn't fit back! In conclusion, I have had good service from missguided, but the delivery and return charge is a bit expensive.
