I have read through a number of the reviews for missguided and I think a lot of them are very unfair. Name me one company that doesn't make mistakes, I always shop in missguided and have never had a problem until recently and my order was duplicated however missguided sorted this and refunded me they kept me up to date throughout this. A lot of these reviews complain about responses etc they are a very popular shopping site and they are always going to be busy people need to realise this and 24 hours is an adequate time to respond. For the people talking about receiving orders too late I would urge you to order your item in advance I believe this is the customers fault not the company order in good time and nothing can go wrong. Undelivered items also have you ever thought this is the post mans fault? Not the company. I enjoy my experience with missguided and they are a great company I will continue to use them also don't let one bad experience put you off using again.
