I ordered a dress on Friday paid for express shipping $16 and no confirmation number has yet to be given and I need my dress by Wednesday. I emailed and posted on instagram no one had the courtesy to respond. I find it funny that in this day and age of social network a company is still very rude with customer service. I have a huge social network following all it takes is a post from me and I know without a doubt they would lose customers. I am still waiting for my dress but if I don't get it by Wednesday this would be my first and last purchase from them and I will demand a full refund.
