Can't get hold of anyone!


I have contacted Miss Guided in relation to my delivery and I have not heard back, I really wanted my shoes to arrive by my birthday On Thursday.

My delivery was attempted to my address however I was not in, I then contacted YODEL and asked that the shoes be delivered to a printer opposite my address (he takes all my deliveries for me) this was requested on my original order. I was told by YODEL that they would be delivered to this address. Again YODEL turned up did not attempt to deliver the parcel to the printers. Again I contacted Yodel who told me my delivery would be with me on Saturday, so I waited in all day! My shoes did not turn up.

So this morning I contacted YODEL and i was told that I need to contact misguided as they are now the only people who can request for the shoes to be delivered. I have sent an email but no reply, there is also no telephone number to contact misguided.

This is the first time I have purchased anything via the website, on the same day i ordered a parcel from River Island this was delivered to the printers as requested without any problems.

I am really frustrated as the money left my account but I have no goods, YODEL are telling me they will not release my goods until Misguided contact them and I cannot get hold of Miss guided.

I do not understand why YODEL have to take instruction from Miss Guided when it is me who has paid for this delivery. I am not prepared to drive to the YODEL depot as a 40 minute drive and they had promised that I would receive my parcel on Thursday and then on Saturday.

I am extremely frustrated I just would like to talk to someone or for someone to acknowledge my email.

I am now extremely reluctant to purchase another item as YODEL are absolutely useless and have lied to me during the 3 telephone calls I have made to them.

Now if the boots do not fit I may not be able to return them as YODEl have had them for so long.

Please help, I just want the boots by Thursday.

    Please accept my sincerest apologies on this matter of delivery with Yodel. In regards to returning the boots our returns policy is 14 days from the date the order is delivered to you.

    Can you kindly email me with your order number and email address so that I can then look into this further for you.
