I placed an order on 31st march for 4 items to then recieve an email confirming my order. 2nd April I recieved another email saying that two of the items I had ordered were out of stock and only allowed me to order due to a technical error and that i would recieve a refund for the items, i was disappointed but i understand mistakes can happen. I still was expecting the other two out of four items that I had ordered. 3rd April I came home at 6.30pm to find a parcel had been left outside my front door under my mat which was clearly not secure and could be seen by anyone to take, In the parcel was one completely wrong item with a delivery invoice with my correct order on but no sign of? i have emailed customer care asking for an explanation and am waiting for an answer. Would definitely not recommended missguided especially after reading the number of unhappy reviews on here. Also quality of item I did recieve was appalling and may as well have brought down my local market!!!

I am sorry to hear about this! Due to large volumes of orders lot of our items do sell out fast and this can result in some items in an order being out of stock and we do refund all out of stock items.
In regards to the incorrect and missing items from your order an advisor from our customer care team will investigate this with the stock team for you.
