I am livid! Bad company bad service just disgusting!

I ordered my dress on the 26th of march number of my order101845844
Today is April 9th I am still waiting for my dress, and missguided just tells me to wait longer. I do not understand what dis company calls service. I ordered it ahead for an event! And now the even is tomorrow and I do not have a dress! I asked for my money back, filed a claim through PayPal but these people jus do not respond. I should have known better no ordering from this shady compan with these bad reviews! I will never order from them again and now just want a full refund!!!,!!!

    Hi Iris,

    I am sorry to hear about this matter of your delivery! I have looked into your order and can confirm that your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 27/03/23 with our couriers.

    It does take 7-10 working days from date of dispatch and can you kindly allow a few more days for the parcel to reach you.

    Our couriers do use the local postal service within the Netherlands and they may have your parcel at a local depot awaiting delivery. If you contact them and provide them with your tracking number and name/proof of identity they may be able to provide you with further delivery information.
