About two weeks ago I purchased a dress and a jumpsuit from Missguided. The jumpsuit was too small so I sent it back to be exchanged for a size up. I sent my parcel on the 4th of April it is now the 15th and I have not yet even received a email to confirm they have received it! So basically I haven't a clue where my parcel is, it could be lost for all I know! I don't mind the waiting, its the not knowing that is really frustrating. Also, the item that I am exchanging keeps going in and out of stock in the size I need, so now I'm unsure if I will even get my jumpsuit after all this waiting!
