Worst Company Ever

I ordered a dress for a corporate party on March 23rd last month, it is now April 17th and I still haven't received this. They said it had been delivered, it hadn't, they said they have send it back out, they haven't and they wont give a refund. I had heard bad things about this company before, that the products are shit quality and that the service is just as bad. But now I know it was true. I will NEVER be ordering through this company EVER again.
I cant find a contact number to call, only an email address where you get a different person email you back every time. Worst customer care I have ever dealt with.
