I returned a dress on the 8th March (because it's too big) and have only just been notified today (18th April) that refund has been made - which still hasn't shown in my account yet.
Not only that, missguided has only made a PARTIAL REFUND even though my item was returned in perfect condition & in original packaging. I also paid for postage so there was NO REASON why a chunk of my refund is taken out.
Really really appalling service.......

Returns are taking us 10 working days to process once we receive them back at our warehouse and we do email customers once the refund has been issued. The refund then takes 3-5 working days to appear in your account from date of issue as it needs to be processed through your bank before it appears in your account.
In regards to the partial refund you received, can you kindly email me at email@example.com with your order number, email address linked to your Missguided account and the name of the item you returned back to us.
