I ordered 2 onsies and a dress two days ago, I put in all my delivery and card details then clicked next. Then the page went blank and I couldnt get back to my order. Then I called my bank and the money had been taken out for the order but I had not recieved a confirmation email or even an order number. So I emailed your site and got a repy asking for my name and some other details (Bethan Maidment, email@example.com) , however I got another email back today saying that the money should still be in my account and the order hasnt been made. But I was in the bank this morning and the money is not in there. Why do you not have a contact number because these items were for my little sisters birthday!! I am unemployed and I cannot afford to loose this money!!

I am sorry to hear this. It may be that the payment was a failed payment and this means that we did not take the money from your account and you will need to contact your bank so they can release the funds back into your account.
Can you kindly email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your email address linked to your Missguided account and the last 4 digits of the card you used or if you paid via Paypal that last transaction ID you have. Once I have this I can then double check our payment database and provide you with all the relevant information in regards to your order.
