Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a item and received the wrong size, I immediately returned the package however it's been 29 days and still no refund. They did not have a 1-800 to call to speak with someone directly. You have to continuously response via email and wait for a response whic it's a different rep everytime so you have to repeat the information over and over as they state they can't read previous emails. Lol WHAT A JOKE! First and last time doing business with this company!
