Where is my order?

I placed an order with Misguided on the 06/04/2013. It is now the 07/05/2013 and I still don't have my order, over a month later!!

I have emailed the site requesting an update - with no response & I have tried tracking my order but the tracking code doesn't work.

My details are up to date on the site and I REALLY NEED THIS DRESS byt next week!

Can someone pease update ASAP.

    I am very sorry to hear you have not received your order, I have attempted to re dispatch the order but unfortunately it appears that the item is out of stock. Therefore I have processed a full refund for you and this should appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
