I think the company need to take a look into the courier service used to deliver customer orders as they are obviously not reliable at all! After recieving a text from yourselves yesterday to be told that my order had been delivered and left in a safe place with a calling card in the post box because 'no one was home', I checked inside the post box where there was no calling card left, and outside my house for the parcel apparrently delivered which is not here. I was home all day yesterday, my mum was in the front garden all day and no delivery was made. I called Yodel first thing this morning and was told that my parcel has been delivered and SIGNED FOR despite me being told I would not need a signature for my delivery! My neighbours were also in all day yesterday and do not have a calling card in their post box either! Yodel told me to track my order through Missguided, and after noticing your replies to several similar reviews regarding the same thing i decided to email you straight away. Despite emailing twice AND calling the company helpline I have had no reply whatsoever. I also noticed that a few times you have told customers to call Yodel after you haven't been able to deal with missing orders. YODEL DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISSING ORDERS. ( Despite the fact that they are the courier service delivering the parcels!) So am I to believe that instead of actually delivering my parcel as has been reported to Yodel, the courier has decided to keep my dress for himself?? Could someone please get in touch with me about where my order is as the email address you have given is obviously useless!!!
