So I placed my order(102130596) in late may with standard ten day shipping and its now June 26. After the ten day mark I contacted them and was like "hey what's going on the tracking number you gave me dosent work can you help me find my stuff?" they told me all kind of stuff and told me to go my post office and find out but that is impossible to do without a tracking number i told them that then they told me to call the delivery company which i never got a hold of because their phone's were on like a permant call waiting thing. so I email back and was like so yea the number you gave me its not working it's been a month since I ordered i need my cloths by next week. then all of a sudden they told me that my stuff was lost and they would resend it. i asked them to change the rate of my shipping for putting me thur all that they just ignored me i asked for a managers number or email and they ignored me probably the worst customer service i have ever received in my life. the simple fact that they refuse to admit when their wrong and don't take a proactive step to make it right make me really never want to deal with this site again. order at your own risk.
