Didnt deliver and told me I still had to pay even though their courier lost the items
I love missguided clothes and prices however, due to their apalling lack of knowledge about consumer rights and the sale of goods act I wont be using them again.
Their courier lost my delivery so I placed a replacement order as I needed the items for a holiday and reported the problem to Missguided. Their customer "service" advisor advised they wouldnt refund me for the original order and would only issue a replacement order. I told them I had already placed a replacement order and told them the order no. and they still advised they wouldnt refund. Needless to say I pointed them to the gov website and highlighted my rights to them. They advise two weeks later they are still looking into so i am still waiting a refund and will be taking the to the small claims court if they dont refund.
