I ordered a jacket and top from Missguided which arrived in the stated timrframe, but as I am heavily pregnant and was unsure of sizing, i needed to exchange them for a bigger size once I had tried them on. Mistake! I am based in Ireland, and the return envelope states to send them back to the delivery courier company. I work next door to the couriers so left the package in with dockets fully filled out requesting a bigger size. Repeated emails and 3 weeks later and Missguided claim that thet have not received the returns and also mentioned that they 'do not encourage exchanges from ireland anyway'. (It's an online shop, how arewe supposed to know what's suitable without trying on?!!) The courier company advised that they don't actually handle returns, missguided simply collect them weekly. So now i am left out of pocket with nothing to show for it and no one accepting responsibilty. Beyond upset, will never order from here again.
