Worst experience ever!
I'm a regular online shopper. Never have I had an experience with an online retailer like this. My order supposedly had been shipped September 2. It is now September 27. I'm five days away from waiting a WHOLE MONTH for my order. The tracking number you provided doesn't even work. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. ALL YOU GUYS KEEP SAYING IS CHECK WITH YOUR POSTMAN, WAIT MORE, FILL A DISCLAIMER FORM. WHERE THE F IS IT? NOTHING IS ATTACHED AND I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING ON THE SITE. YOURE STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE. I SAID I WANTED A FULL REFUND AND YOU KEEP SAYING FILL THIS, FILL THAT. WHERE ARE THE FORMS?! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING AND IT WILL BE MY LAST. LET'S SEE HOW THIS COMPANY GOES BECAUSE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS.
