Confused and COncerned

I've been left very confused.
I ordered an item of clothing and put in all my card details etc. The item Cost £19.99 and i payed for the Saver delivery which you display at £1.95. After i confirmed it, it sent me to a page saying my basket was empty and i thought it was strange that there was no confirmation page about my purchases? Then i go onto the order history and it says prior to nov 11th, no purchases will be able to be viewed on my account. So now I'm left totally confused, no confirmation email or anything! Seriously not impressed.
I have also Lost a total of £2.34 from my official bank account, I know this may not seem like much money however i am now very unsure on the privacy/safety of my bank account and the money in it. Not impressed at all. Where has this money gone and has my order been sent through are the questions i would like answered.

and don't even think about explaining how apologetic you are and that i send it in an email because I've done it 3 times already, oh and guess what, NO REPLY. This is the first and last time i will shop with this company. very disappointing.
