Have not received my package

I am an international customer. I also regret not reading up on this company before I ordered. I ordered my package on Aug. 24th and when I enquired about its shipping, it was shipped on Sept 9th. They indicated it would take 15 working days to arrive. It is now Oct 13th and I still have not received my items. I have been writing them and I am now being asked to complete a form for the missing package. They can't even say where the package is. It is amazing to me that an online retail company would not have tracking on their packages. This has been such a hassle.
For all international customer, do not order from this company. I will submit their form in the hope that I get a refund. If I don't get closure on this matter by the end of October, I will be filling a report with my Credit Card company, Paypal as well as the offices of Fair Trading and Action Fraud (I gather these are UK versions of consumer affairs).
