did not get a refund

ordered a dress first time the order didnt go through even though the last page stated ' thank you for your order'
emailed customer service. in fairness they were quick to resolve my issue.
re-ordered the same dress came the next day which i was pleased, unfortunetally didnt fit me so i had to send it back.
posted it, they have received it as i had an email ( again, which was very good) however never had my money refunded back to my bank account.
as you could imagine i was very disappointed.
i would suggest to be very vary and check your bank statement if indeed you had the money back
