Worst online shop ever!

This is the third time ordering and the third time not receiving anything. They keep sending you a crap form to fill so they can start an investigation and by the time they send you the form it has been five weeks since you ordered. If you receive a parcel you should be Lucky. I dont know why they dont deny this site the permission to sell items. It is not a game. People order to get what they paid for. I ordered from the Netherlands.
