If you are looking to return an item for a refund to Missguided, beware or avoid completely. I had to wait nearly a month for a refund not to mention having to chase the care team up with copious amounts of emails. I got several responses from different care team members asking me for the same information I had already given them numerous times. I felt fobbed off & it caused me a lot of effort, time & stress. They were in breach of their terms & conditions & sympathise with anyone who was in my position. I had to email & tweet the company with my disgust before any action was taken on their part. It is a shame as their line of clothes are so good, but the way they handled their refunds has put me off shopping with with them.
Omg miss guided is the place to shop the clothes are fab perfect for finding that party dress or just casual clothes Im currently not shopping anywhere else ATM. The next day service is fab would recommend this website to anyone as it is just amazing
I love the clothing at Missguided, it is dispatched quickly and I love that you get text alerts on when your package is arriving. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is due to once having a damaged product sent to me and another time having £4 deducted from my refund to pay for postage of a returned product that was too big for me.
I purchased quiet a lot from you recently delivery was fantastic but returning them was ridiculous it cost me nearly £9 to return. I know you do the collect and send service but that takes a while before you receive it. Although I've seen things on your website I've decided against order because of this.
I ordered with misguided and they sent me my items without sending me an email with my order number. So when I decided I wanted to return the items they refused me a refund as I am unable to give them an order number. Shockinggggg!!!
I was extremely happy with this service, I received my order within 24hrs of ordering it even although i didnt pay for next day delivery and was very happy to see the added extra of a pre paid sticker to send any items back which didn't suit. I would certainly recommend misguided and looking forward to wearing my new dress :)
We order a dress and they sent the wrong one, this was for my daughter who had a party to go to on the Saturday. They said they would send us the right one once we had sent the wrong one back, but that would of been to late for the party.
So we just reorder the right dress again, and I must say the deliver was very quick which was a good thing. If you need to order something just give them plenty of time to get the right item to you!!!
I am a size 12 but have to buy a 14 from your websites. I once bought a dress in M/L and it was tiny on me! Your sizes are very small. I have always recieved my items quickly and on time. Your website is always the site I visit first when looking for a new outfit. Great value for money, although I have noticed your prices creeping up a little.
Bought a lovely peplum dress in which the description and picture indicated that it came with a belt, received the dress however the belt was missing ! Contacted customer services about the missing belt and have yet to have the matter felt with appropriately 3 weeks later ! Not impressed at all.
i think u people respond is very bad. You guys have to improve on that. cos i remb one time i email you guys and up till today have not get reply.
secondly i think you guys have to incress your sizes to size 16 because most of your size 14 come out small. i wll appricate and shop more with you guys if is possible. Thanks

Dont buy from misguided you will find just as nice clothing from a website who appreciate their customers and don't want to take your money then forget about you!, it's not worth the aggrevation it causes from not getting your items to no reply to messages and be made to feel like your in the wrong!!, trust me buy from boohoo or fashion union or asos, these don't not have a clue badly run business.
I usually use boohoo and WILL be in future!
I purchased my items last Friday for next day delivery as were needed for the
Saturday night. I live in a quiet area and was up since 7am awaiting my parcel, when
1 oclock came I decided to track it's whereabouts to see if it as nearly here only to my
disbelief to find the status was delivered and left behind a gate! A total lie as no delivery van came near also NO card was left buy the courier obviously because you can't leave a card if you come no were near the area.
Now I've received an email telling me what I already told them!!! And told to wait whilst there is an investigation.
If I wasn't so anoid it would be comical
No refund or no offer to send the items out again whilst they investigate, I the customer is left without my goods without an explanation and without my money and now despite my numerous emails supplying my telephone number I've heard nothing
since Saturday so am I to assume ive been ripped off by a company who advertise
I repeat DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .

I would never usually write a bad comment about anything but after this experience I feel compelled too.
Quality of products weren't very good, iron marks and thin quality of on garment, other garment marked and cut wrong. Had to wait 3/4 weeks for the marked garment to be exchanged for another one and smaller size, when received wasn't given the size I asked for, sent back and asked for the actual size I asked for, then was notified it was out of stock and was refunded, a waste of my time again as this has happened before with garments being marked or poor quality
Missguided is my fave online shop. They keep up to date with all the fashion and can get a perfect outfit with a small budget. The quality of the clothes are high. I have not yet been disappointed. Never think you cannot afford a new outfit because with Missguided you can. Thanks Missguided for brightening up my wardrobe.
I ordered a dress, no problem with delivery, however did not like the dress so had to send it back via collect plus because i payed with paypal. I had not heard from missguided after 2 weeks of returning the parcel. I decided to track my parcel where I could see that it had been delivered 5 days after i sent it for return. They claim they 'cannot locate it' in the warehouse. So ridiculous, I can see collect plus have returned it. Really getting bored now, have sent them pictures of proof of postage and they haven't responded to my email. The customer care isn't rude or anything, but I feel they're just avoiding the problem. I just want a refund.
I have ordered twice and paid for next day delivery, i do this for a reason as i need the items for next day, yet on both occasions did not turn up next day, and then only received a £2.00 refund when deliver was more, Will never shop this site again.
The clothes ordered are always for my 15 year old daughter. She loves misguided ...she loves having different to everyone else. The clothes are always a brill fit as she is quite tall and slim for her age ( u dont need any models do U ???) and delivery is rapid so all on all we are very happy and contented customers thank you x
Honestly, I love Missguided. I buy nearly all of my clothes from them and they almost always are exactly what I hoped they would be - except I am a tiny little person, so a few things just don't look right on me (but that's just life) - there is only one problem I have. The lack of re-stocking when an item has sold out in a size. It's understandable that items can sell out quickly - but surely if they are that popular, then it is wise to re-stock it. This has happened to me a few times, when waiting for payday to come round, (it's usually in stock the day before I get paid and once I have the money to buy it, it's all gone!). I would love it if more items could be re-stocked (like the Yolonda trousers - in an 8 if you can!) Anyway, aside from that, there are so many great things about Missguided. It's so nice to have so many offers for free delivery etc, as that's what usually puts me off buying from the internet. Also, the clothes are so reasonably priced and good quality for what you pay. AND it's all so good looking! I'll definitely continue buying most of my clothes and accessories from Missguided as it's just that good. Love you MG!
Whenever I need an outfit quickly, missguided always makes it happen! Easy to use website, amazing value for money and variety of clothes, it's my first choice every time. Postage is reasonable and even with the £1.97 option, my package always arrives within 2 days! Really can't fault them, keep it up :) x
I think misguided is a good site, the stuff is reasonably priced and on trend. The only thing is some of the stuff is of poor quality which is a bit disappointing and not true to size all the time. But I do like it, I f I cant afford something I like on Asos then I normally check out misguided.
missguided have some nice clothes on their website but when items arrive they quality is NEVER high enough. This problem is compounded by the expensive delivery and returns, which separate the website from higher quality ones such as ASOS.
First thing first, I dont understand why we need to have 3pounds deducted from the total amount during a refund. I know it is stated in the terms and conditiond but I still don't understand why. Other retailing companies do not do that.
second point, the exchange procedure was smooth and swift, the item didn't take long to be sent out to me I was notified upon receipt and dispatch which is very good.
I will continue to shop with misguided as they have good customer service and they dealt with both my refund and my exchange in an efficient way and they have trendy clothes.
I've never had problems before when purchasing items from Missguided. However, I was very disappointed with my last order - a lot of my items were missing. I am told that it is being sorted, however I haven't received any further e-mails confirming that my order had been re-dispatched, and I ordered my items next day for a reason. 4 days later they are still not with me.
