You couldn't ask for more with the services you get from Missguided, from the website to the voucher code!. The delivery is perfect and sooo fast, never had a problem and I've ordered a lot!!
The downside is about 70% of the dresses and tops are so see-through!! So 7 out of 10 of the times i have to return them :(((
Please sort this out, as its such a shame!!! Has i love your dresses!!
I wanted a dress for a wedding but something different so I would stand out. MissGuided popped up on facebook with the Sandra Sequin mini dress and it was perfect. I odered it - even though £50 is a bit steep but I hadn't brought anything for a while so I thought why not? Why Not...I now have many reasons to why not to buy from MissGuided! I wish I never bothered now!
1. the size 8 dress came and it was so short it did not cover my bum. I am 5ft tall and Natasha is 5ft 8 and it fit her lovely.
2. Then had to pay £3 to send it back - do not agree with that at all but I wanted the dress (don't know why now)
3. the size 10 then got lost in the post and left in another office so was not delivered to me.
4. the size 10 i could not even get on it was way too small when I could get the size 8 on.
5. then had to send it back and pay another £3
Then do not get me started on customer services - I have sent letters to head office and emailed customer care so many times asking for a refund of my delivery charges but no one will acknowledge my questions in my emails the whole subject is being ignored.
After scanning in my recirpt from the post office I have had acknowledgment but this has taken...3 letters to head office, 12 emails back and forth to customer care. I now have an email saying "We have initiated a full refund for your returns and you will receive it shortly." so I look forward to receiving my money including delivery costs back for the hassel of buying through MissGuided.
I want all of my money back so I can forget this whole ordeal. It has just made me determined not to give up and use all avenues to be heard. For example, I wouldn't normally email and give feedback but from the lack of response from MissGuided I feel like it is the only way to get heard and acknowledged which is sad.
I have shopped with misguided for a while now and have been mostly happy with their clothes. However there have been a few occassions where the picture and colour looks great but the actual clothing once through the post ends up being very different. Due to this reason I have had to return items in the past. This is also the reason why at times I have doubt purchasing clothes from misguided incase the material is not true to the picture and the material not great at times. There was also an occassion where I paid for an item but the item never came in my package as it was out of stock. This was exteremely frustrating as money had come out of my account when it did not need to. I did not understand why before making my order, the website had not told me the item was already out of stock. The customer care team are great. They reply to your message within 24hrs and are very understanding.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! i placed my order on the 3rd of May and clicked for next day delivery so i could have my clothes for my holiday which was 4-5 days later, my order never came next day even though I waited in for it, worse still Missguided disputed this and told me it had been delivered (thankfully we have cameras outside our front door to verify this was not the case), actually it had been dumped on my doorstep well over a week later, luckily my neighbour rescued it from the doorstep but even though she says she forwarded it on I still havent had it, it may not even be my Missguided delivery....who knows.....almost 20 days later and £114 spent and still no clothes. They apologised but didnt offer anything else for all the trouble, If the parcel comes and it isnt from Missguided I will be reporting them to trading standards for taking my money and not securely delivering my goods.
Take a look at this fabulous site, it has lots of well priced, fashion items that come the next day. I go out on the town alot and need new clothes regularly, also I like dresses and this site has plenty to choose from. I regularly take a look on a thursday, have it delivered on either friday or saturday for my night out saturday. If it doesnt fit or I dont like it I just parcel it up and take it to the post office a few days later. I then quickly recieve an email to inform me misguided have recieved my returns.
Ive recommended this site to all my female friends.
The only problem is my two daughters love the items too so I have to be quick, before they go out wearing them.
Having been recommended MG by a friend about a year ago, it is always the place I go to first because I know I'll be able to find something on or ahead of the trend at a decent price and, in my experience, receive it in next to no time. I always find the sizes true, so I have no worries about ordering online, and in the past I have made an order for next day delivery at 9pm and had it the next day at midday. The frequent offers such as free next day delivery are something that not a lot of places offer and are definitely an incentive for me. In short, I <3 MG!
I've ordered a lot of outfits from misguided and have always been very happy with what I have received. Great quality products and always good prices, sometimes majority of the products I have looked at have only been available in large sizes though and they at always out of stock in the lower sizes. Apart from that no complaints

I love the clothes an the variety you guys have all for great prices, but sometimes size selection lets you guys done im a size 8 and have ordered a s/m before an it was way to big and there wasnt a smaller option :(
Why have a Saturday delivery service when you cannot keep to that promise and provide the service you have showing on your webpage, this isn't the first time this has happened either. me being a busy person sometimes Fridays is the only time I can sit down and look at clothing sites and majority of the time I need that outfit for an event on the Saturday. reason behind I chose the Saturday service as I need it asap. this needs to be looked over as i'm disgraced at once again the service from this company is appalling

Excellent speedy delivery and very good customer service. Amazing clothes choice at really good prices. Only reason not five stars is the quality is not always fantastic but you get what you pay for and all round, everything is amazing!
I check Missguided's New-In section every day, the clothes are such reasonable prices as well as the post and packaging. They always have good deals and offers on too and being a student means I get a 10% discount!
Only complaint is i have had problems in the past with their courier company DX, they are awful!
I got sent the wrong items of clothing and it was very difficult to communicate with Missguided because they have no customer care telephone number, so you have to email in. They are very unprofessional. I was asked to take pictures of my invoice (more than once because they lost the original picture) and also take pictures of the clothing as proof that I received the wrong items. When I sent it back, it got sent to my billing address rather than my delivery address and they claimed that this was the correct address - so I had to pay for postage to send it to the correct address. They ran out on stock on an item which I ordered, whilst it was being processed, so I had to be issued a refund. I have been asked to scan my passport and send it in for security reasons - which is unacceptable because this is personal information. I am yet to receive my order, more than a month later. I am very dissatisfied with the clothing, the quality is bad and looks very different from the website. Dealing with Missguided has been very stressful, I definitely would not recommend to anyone.
Won't return my dress because there is a makeup mark, even though the dress hasn't been worn and labels are on, and now arent sending me the dress back and not giving me my money! Disgusting service!
I think Miss Guided has a great selection of clothes and for unbelievable value for money but their delivery company they use is atrocious and not even worth the free delivery they offer. Would rather pay to have my clothes delivered on time and not have to fork out double the money to have to go buy another outfit as the one I ordered 5 days ago which should have been there the next day hasn't turned up. I have ordered three times and some sort of problem has occurred during delivery. Until Miss Guided change delivery company I won't be back.
The overall price and clothing on missguided I believe is a good standard ! The only downside is the website constantly freezes or items of clothing will say there in stock when there not . My friends have told me they've had Multiple payments taken and it's been ages before its been refunded. Overall I do love missguided and there clothes . I just think they need to work on there site and the glitches that happens.
The delivery was great with an update via email to say if it had been dispatched or not. The dress I bought was just as I had expected it. The delivery cost was cheap in comparison to other websites.
I will definitely be recommending the site to friends'.

Shopping with missguided is easy to do theres alot of nice and statment pieces however the only let down is the quality of clothing and the delivery methods as my first two orders were late on arrival and i did not recieve them the next day however the last 3-4 orders have arrived next day but have been left outside my door which means they could have been stolen or taken by passers by, even when im at home your delivery courier company do not ring the door bell or even knock they just duno it outside or try to ram it through the letter box this type of service is not acceptable and not the type of service you would expect for an item which me the customer should recive
I have recently just ordered separately two different items off missguided. One a bikini and another a dress. They both came the day after I ordered them. The tracking is brilliant; telling you where they are and when it has been delivered. I am happy with both items and will Definatly be purchasing from the website again.
recently have bought a onsie it came with a hole in it, bought a pair of size 10 jeans they were more like age 10, sizes come up terrible. prices have also gone up, used to buy stuff from here as loved what i got for my money, lately terrible quality with silly prices.
I found the perfect jacket for a party and umm'd and ahh'd about getting it. I looked online a few days later and the jacket had gone on sale! Bargain! Ordered straight away and it was hassle free! Definitely order from missguided again!
What an awful company! First they don't send all the items together so we have to chase them & finally we do get the missing item sent to us. The missing item was on the dispatch note & we were charged for it. Then we send some items back & I am still chasing my refund. Again they refund some items however there is one item I am still waiting for the refund. Clever I guess they hope you will forget about one item! I am chasing via email & they don't reply to your emails. I am chasing a refund so they send me back the re-dispatch reference info! My daughter is band from ordering from Missguided again because there are a lot of great companies out there & this is not one of them. I would avoid spending your money with this company.
I purchased some shoes from missguided and I was wearing them for the first time. I was out with friends when they just completely fell apart - the glue holding the shoe together just came unstuck. I fell and sprained my ankle. The shoe was so poorly made and it caused me an injury!!! I advised missguided customer services of this and they were so unhelpful - didn't actually listen to what I was saying and didn't seem interested. I am appalled with this service.
Ordered a t.shirt in the sale which was a bargain. The service was impeccable my order arrived the next day. I was very pleased with my purchase and would definately use misguided again. Thank you
I was very disappointed with the experience misguided but I think it's mostly to do with yodel rather that misguided but as they are working alongside them I have to just make my comments. I ordered 3 dresses from misguided after being recommend by my sister. I waited in all day for my delivery and nobody came. Got an email to say my package was left in a secure place but it was nowhere to be seen. Someone stole my items that could have been with me had he knocked or left them with my neighbours which I asked if I wasn't in. After countless emails to misguided and yodel I finally got my dresses sent out to me and then the driver did THE SAME THING! Luckily I went outside and saw the package was there so I got my dressed but they were poor quality. One the lining was coming away, one had a dodgy zip and the other didnt look good so I sent them back. As an apology they said I could have 10% off my next order that had to be FULL priced and used by the FOLLOWING WEEK! That's ridiculous so I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone and may never shop on here again. Though I wasn't impressed with the way things went the people sending the emails were polite and quick in response.
