I would not order from this site again. Very cheap and nasty fabric with a poor fit. Was not happy that postage was deducted from my refund when I sent item back, would not order from this site again. I order regularly from asos and misguided is not a patch on this site.
I find that there's some lovely clothes on missguided however I try to stop myself buying from the site as it's hassle to take it back as it costs to return and items are more often than not to the quality they seem or the sizes are funny. Also on two occasions I've had my delivery "delivered" yet it hasn't been. Just seems too much hassle to be honest
At the very affordable rates Missguided charges I wondered if the serivce may be a little patchy as I had never bought from it before however the package arrived promptly and the item and its packaging were very satisfactory, nothing more to say really, very pleased with the service
Don't see why I should have to pay for returns and then send on receipt and proof of postage etc What a farce!!!!!! Never again
I ordered two items on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery and I still haven't received these items.i also ordered another item on Thursday with next day delivery which I still have not received.this has been very disappointing
I ordered a dress and went for the saver delivery option which said takes 2-3 days. Was very surprised when my item arrived the next day. Sadly the dress wasn't for me so I returned it using their returns process (think it cost £2.50) but again it arrived with them the very next day.
I was emailed straight away to say my return had arrived with them and my refund was on it's way - which again was done promptly.
A lot of businesses could learn from the turnaround speed I've experienced.

My dress is stunning! Great fit, brilliant quality. I am very impressed with it! It looks great on too. I ordered this dress on Saturday night and it arrived early Monday morning so the delievery is great! Fantastic product, great service! Will definitly be ordering from here again!!

the first thing missguided could have done is spell my name right. there is no point filling in data and subscribing to emails when the first thing you see is your name misspelled in them. the clothes are lovely and they are as well fit as they appear on the website.

I am very disappointed with the service from Missguided. I ordered goods on 1st November - order number 103186448 with a promise of next day delivery. I have not received the goods. My account says the order is complete and I have no idea of whether my card has been charged or not. I was very pleased with my first order and would like to order more items, but frankly don't trust the efficiency of the service. Obviously I would like to cancel this order now. Once again Missguided has failed to deliver an even slightly satisfactory level of customer service. My package was delivered a day late despite receiving both a text and an email saying it would be delivered on the correct date (next day delivery). On the Yodel website it said it was delayed but gave no reason whatsoever. I have had an issue with Missguided service every single time I have ordered from the company. This is a shame because the clothes are great but the courier service and communication with Yodel is horrendous. I have used Missguided for a while, before Yodel was the courier service and it was just as bad then as it is now. Missguided seriously need to reevaluate their delivery services, as this is one of the most major, if not THE most major aspect of the company. They are an online delivery service. Missguided is certainly a very fitting name for their services.
Myself and my daughter have had several orders from Misguided, which is always delivered on time, easy to send back if not required, and refunded without delay.
Good quality items for a cheap price :) and plenty to chose from.
As soon as I get paid every Friday and get online to see what's new online and if any offers are on, I LOVE free next day delivery !!!

Always on trend, interesting designs for great prices. Guys at admin are great, had a small problem with collect + however the admin team resolve the issue easily and fast! Definitely a fan of missguided! X
I had ordered a few items from missguided, however one of them I was not satisfied with so I tried to return it via ByBox. But, when trying to do so I could not actually find the location and tried several attempts. I am now past the 14 day return time, so I emailed Missguided asking if there was anything else I could do.
Shortly and sweetly I was told that I could still return it and would be given a credit note, which is perfect! I was emailed within 12 hours so I didn't have to wait around and the solution suits me just fine, as I love buying from Missguided anyway.
The only problem I would say about this is that it is not made clear that this is an option on their website - However, it is understandable as I'm sure it would cause problems if the item is defected.
On the other hand, I am going to try and find the ByBox location.. Wish me luck!

Clothes are nice and reasonable but they need a secure delivery system that you can trust not leaving stuff outside in public places. Needs to be signed for.
The Dress in which i bought my daughter indicated that it was a 5'10 modle wearing it( my daughter is 5'8. When the product arrived it was clearly too short. We have kept the dress as it is lovely and we will adjust accordingly. The delivery was super fast and the dress was great. Just too short. Scared to use Missguided again but only regarding the length's advertised.
Great correspondence regarding order, good delivery time unfortunately incorrect item delivered, return with no hassle very quick great customer service would recommend them to friends and family with out hesitation I was just unlucky that incorrect item was delivered but vert lucky that this company know the correct way to sort out any issue very happy indeed
If I'm looking for a new outfit Missguided is the first online website I look at.its reasonably priced,lots to choose from and quick delivery,I love it when I order and ts free delivery too!
I have recently ordered numerous items with Miss Guided and I couldn't recommend them more!
Their delivery is always really fast and they let you know exactly when your products are going to arrive, it's especially good that you get free next day delivery when you spend over £40 as delivery is something I HATE paying for (I don't pay rent when I buy in shops!)
Their clothes, unlike many other specific online clothing companies who's name resembles a baby crying, are always really fashionable, good quality and look exactly the same as what the website showed. I really like that they have such a wide variety of clothes and all in so many different colours for such an amazing price!
Overall, I have got slightly addicted to Miss Guided because they're such good value for money.

my order came really quickly and all in great condition. one of my jumpers didn't fit so i returned it for an exchange which was also really simple to do. unfortunately the size i wanted wasn't available. so i was issued an automatic refund although i was alittle disappointed that they did this straight away without offering me the option of replacing the jumper with something else on the website because i was charged £2.50 for sending it back. i wasn't happy with this but everything else was brilliant
Absolutely love Missguided, pretty much the only website use to buy clothes. Always updating their products, great products at a low cost means i can keep up to date with the latest trends and constantly buy new outfits for nights out :)
Super fast delivery can order at 9pm and have the next day before 5pm!

Items rarely arrive for next day delivery as they can't quite fathom delivering to a company address. Twice allowed orders of out of stock items and then you have to wait to a get a refund due to their error. Dissapointing and frustrating service but lovely clothes. Such a shame.

Ordered a dress for my GF, paid extra for next day delivery. The item was never delivered and after 3 weeks of mindless emails I was told I can have a credit note to buy something else. Completely unacceptable customer service, poor communication and all round bad experience. I would urge everyone to use somewhere else like ASOS who treat their customers well!
