Don't leave the home without it!!!!
We travelled through the Baltic region, including Russia and found the service easy to use. The first time I turned on the phone it made contact. I was able to make and receive calls easily. It was just like using a cell phone in the US. Great product we will never leave the country without it.

Great value!
I got the classic moba phone and have used it in the US, Canada, Germany, Hungary, and Slovakia. Had great service everywhere, even the countryside. My only complaint is that some of the people I called have received charges because is a UK number. Great phone overall!

Great option for international travel
we bought the Deluxe phone for a trip to the UK and Ireland. It arrived quickly and has all the features as advertised. The rates are very reasonable and it will be peace of mind having a reliable phone available as we travel. It is too difficult anymore to try to get by with phone cards. We applaud Mobal for making the infrequent traveler's life a lot easier!

Excellent Value for International Cell Phone Service
Ordering the phone was very easy and it arrived very quickly. I ordered the basic model ($39.99) for our first overseas trip, as we do not have cell phones of our own-only through our employers. We basically wanted the phone for making dinner reservations, emergencies, etc. Because we were referred from someone else who ordered a Mobal phone, we also received a $10 credit towrds phone calls! The great thing about the phone is there is no monthly service charge and you only pay a reasonable fee for the calls you make. The phone only works overseas, not in the US. You can put it away, taking the battery out and charging occassionally throughout the year, until your next international trip. The instructions were easy to understand and I highly recommend this company and this phone for people in circumstances such as ours. By the way, the phone worked great while we were away. We used it to make a call from the resort we were staying in, which was located in a rural type area in Scotland, and we were surpirsed we had service and the call was clear - no static or problems hearing,etc.

Great product
We were planning to travel overseas and wanted a phone in case of emergency. When I called the company the woman who spoke with me was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained the product and I purchased the phone. The company has excellent customer service. Great and easy
The items arrived just a couple of days after ordering. I like that I don't have to return the phone after my trip and that I can keep it for future usage. Also I pay as I use the phone, therefore no paying for unused minutes or time. I am traveling across Europe this summer, so this gives me peace of mind that the phone will work all over! Best decision so far in mobal!

Serenity now!
I feel so relieved that I can finally contact my European friends as soon as I land on the continent without having to mess around buying credit or using a pay phone. I have been cut off one too many times from the cabina telefonica for not having the right coinage! My Mobal phone arrived only a couple of days after having placed the order. The customer service has been excellent. I'm utilizing the Euro Buzz program so the rates are reasonable. Best of all, there's no contract! And I love the simplicity of my little phone :) Buon viaggio a tutti con Mobal!

The best!

Excellent customer service and product
I received the phone as promised. At first I thought the battery was no good but after speaking to customer service they said it would come to life after 2 hours or so and it did. I bought the phonefor my kids who were going to Europe ffor them to use in case of emergency, and sure enough there was an "emergency" the first day they got there and needed to use it. Even though I went for the budget model, the sound quality was outstanding.

Fast delivery, travel adapters for 150 countries
I'm so happy to have a WIFI enabled phone with me when I go to the middle east. I spoke with customer service several times to iron out some delivery problems (created by me) and they were able to fix everything and didn't over-charge me for my mistakes. I've traveled extensively and had to buy expensive new adapters for each phone and electronic device, so I'm ecstatic with all the included travel adapters.

Immediate Service
I ordered on a Tuesday. I had my phone on that Thursday morning.
The first charge on this brand new phone and brand new battery takes more than two hours to get a visible display. It says to wait 15 minutes, but don't give up. That is the ONLY issue I have had that wasn't documented clearly.
I enjoyed watching the tracking on Fedex and was amazed at the delivery all the way from the UK in such a short time when the information was personalized to me. Tim Reed

I probably should have done a little more research on it the phones you offered. I bought the $29 phone, and found out too late that it would not work on cruise ships. However, I took into ports with me and it worked

Super fast shipping and easy order process
I have been thinking about ordering a Mobal phone for years, wish I had done it earlier. The ordering process was easy and the phone arrived (with the standard postage) in just days.
We are traveling to a country where our phones won't work with our (leading national) mobile phone company. While we could get a free loaner phone from our mobile phone company's affiliate for this purpose, their user rates are a bit higher and I would have to return the phone and borrow it again for future use. This would add one more thing to do on my to do list for future trips. I am looking to simplify life not add more steps!
With Mobal I have my own permanent phone and phone number that will be ready for my next trip. Sounds great to me!

great travel phone
I bought the Samsung Classic Mobal Worldphone for a recent trip to Italy. I couldn't be happier. The phone is small and very easy to use. The reception was great and very clear. The price was about the same as if I would have rented a phone and now I have it for future travels. I would definitely recommend this phone.

Very impressed
My daughter is getting ready to travel to 7 different countries over the summer; we needed a reliable cellphone for her. I am impressed with the coverage areas and feel less worried knowing I will be able to get in touch with her when I need to or vice versa. Easy Set Up, Fast Shipping
I am going to be traveling to the UK and was looking for a way to have some form of communication since majority of the time I'll traveling solo around London. I came across Mobal's website and read the reviews of others and decided that it was the way to go since Verizon doesn't have GSM phones and I wasn't about to pay for international calls/roaming charges. I ordered my phone on a Friday evening and received it the following Tuesday morning. I was surprised as it cam 2 days earlier than I had anticipated. Set up for the phone couldn't have been easier as all my information from the purchase of the phone was stored for when I would be using it in the UK. Since it doesn't work in the US I wasn't able to test it. Since I can't use it until I leave for the UK I am only giving it 4/5 stars however if the reviews of others and my experience stays good I don't anticipate I'll have any issues using the phone.

good costumer service!
The delivery went well. The only problem I had with the phone is that it was not working when I was testing the phone in the U.S. I called the costumer service number and they were able to help me figure out the problem. They were very helpful and the phone seems to be working great now!
