I ordered a neoprene pouch for my Galaxy Note N7000 and the order was processed by Mobileden and payed for with Paypal.
Soon after I got confirmation about the payment and shipping.

Two days later I got an email from Mobileden that the order was canceled because the pouch wasn't in stock !
You can understand I'm very disappointed now.
Poor customer service and a complete waste of my time
I found the website slow and ackward when ordering. I selected an incorrect delivery address so sent an email to support from my delivery confirmation and directly via the webiste. I had one response from Mobileden confirming my change of address to the billing address but nothing has turned up. I have accepted this is my fault for the incorrect address but i was told this had been amended. I then tried to order again and the website is again slow and although I ticket to agree to terms and conditions the web page would not let me continue. I am thoroughly miffed.
I am very pleased for your cooperation and I am satisfied with results of products you offer. My advice to future international shipping send us a tracking number so that we easily perform our package.
Why Mobileden.co.uk thanks me for purchase their product? But I received nothing till now! Today yet 27.01.2012 year. I make the order - the leather case Noreve for Nokia Lumia 800 №100003745 30.11.2011 year and 30.11.2011 I transfered money - 29.08 pounds through PayPal. Two months has passed and the order isn`t present till now. Mobileden informed me, that their e-mail didn`t work and the product wasn`t in the warehouse. For such work I can put 0.0001 stars from 5.
I purchased a silcon cover for my HTC Sensations XE. None of the cutouts on the cover matched any cutouts on my phone.
Very Very disappointed - complained to the company, but received no response back. Will use my usual provider in future. Wanted to try a new supplier who was cheaper, but obviously cheaper means just that.
i have ordered my item before 13.12.11 and still did not receive anything , the money was taken fro my card before 2012 ..!! i have already sent a letter to you explaining the situatuion but i didnt receive any unswer ...
The case is very well made and sturdy. Good quality, attractive and looks like will protect my phone well from accidental damage. My only complaint is that it took longer than expected to arrive with me, but it was ordered just after Christmas...
Placed the order in the afternoon on 19th December and the phone cover was delivered first thing on the 21st December, which I did not expect given that this is the week running up to Christmas.
Excellent service would recommend.
Following an exchange of a few emails, Mobileden have agreed to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.
I must commend them on their eventual handling of the matter.
As a potential customer, please don't be discouraged by my original review (which you'll find below), if something goes wrong you can always contact customer services. If you can prove you are right, I believe they will be doing everything they can to help you.
Ultimately, I can say that while my experience with Mobileden was not exactly perfect, they are a decent company. They might make mistakes but they do try to correct them, which is commendable.
I ordered a case for my mobile phone a week or so ago. The item arrived on time, so I have no complaints about that.
However, it turns out, they sent a different item, not the one I ordered.

As you can see in the description they provide, it claims that the case has custom cut-outs for the camera and flashlight.
And as illustrated by the pictures, it is clear that the case opens from top to bottom.
Instead, they sent a case which has no cut-out for the camera and opens from bottom to top.

You can clearly see (different product codes) that these are 2 distinct, different products. And mobileden is claiming to sell the second one.
This prompted me to make a complaint to which they replied the following:
"...We apologise for the way that PDair has made the case as we have no control over that part, however the case do some time come with all
the cut out for the handset but in this case PDair did not provide the
cut out for the carma, if you are not wishing to keep the case then
please return it for a full refund as there is nothing more that we
can do about the issue...."
They claim that PDAir cases sometimes come with custom cut-outs and sometimes not - which is clearly a blatant lie.
As I have just mentioned, the one they are claiming to sell and the one I received are 2 different products (different product codes prove that) by PDAir.
I am only handing out two stars, and not one, as I hope the matter can be still settled somehow. Hopefully the resolution will include no further inconveniences on my part.
If mobileden makes every attempt to resolve this situation, I will be willing to alter my rating and compliment them on their handling of the matter.
Until then, however, 2 stars is a generous rating and I would advise you to take special care.
I ordered a couple of smartphones cases, one from Mobileden at £11.20 and one from another supplier for £2.95. They sounded very different in the descriptions and I wanted to have a look at both and send one back. Turns out they're exactly the same! The one from the other supplier wasn't even on offer so Mobileden must be making quite a mark-up on these. Needless to say I will be sending it back to them.........not impressed! Make sure you shop around.

If i wanted a different case i would have ordered a different case..

I am really happy with Mobile den. Mobile accessories were delivered 7 days after I placed my order. Instead pack of 6 screen protectors they send me pack of 2. After phone call they told me the pack of 6 was not currently available (this status was also on website) and they would send it as soon as they get.
I had no extra charge for pack of 2! Thank you!
I Ordered Bass Buddy Pop-Open Speakers System Purple & More Then Month Passed I Not Received My Order . I Contacted Them They Say Order Shipped ... But It Passed To Long Time !!! Ha Ha So It Means I Just Lost My Money Yes ? Sad Then :(
I ordered a cover for an HTC Titan on the 2nd of November and 10 days later I have yet to receive any dispatch confirmation or the item itself. The item was listed in stock and is still listed as in stock.

I don't like to give poor reviews but unfortunately i must on this occasion. I purchased a flip case for my blackberry from Mobile Den over 2 months ago, although the package arrived within the week i received the wrong item... ok mistakes happen. But after contacting the company numerous times and them saying they will sent out the correct item, i still have not received it. I have also asked for a refund but funnily enough have not received that either!!
I would not recommend this company.
