I have ordered from Mobilefun many times and have always had first class service from them from placing an order to receiving it at the correct date and time specified and products have arrived in perfect condition in perfect packaging and long may this continue.
I've ordered twice from this site now and both times the iPhone cases I ordered arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I used the Royal Mail service to arrive within 3 days and each time they arrived the day after despatch - known due to the texts I received letting me know what was happening with delivery. Overall, very pleased with purchase.
Bought a iPhone cover witch arrived broken, it was not properly wrapped only in a tight and stiff cardboard envelope witch is not exactly the most briliant thing to send a very thin acrylic phone cover in.
Now all my e-mails sent to them are being ignored, i have sent them 1 or 2 a day and wrote them through feedback on there website, so it's not like they could have overseen my complaint. This is not acceptable and I will do all I can to discourage all my friends and friends-friends and so on, NOT to buy at this site
UPDATE, the same day I wrote this, I got a response from the shop, they now have refunded my money, I guess they read trustpilot reviews or maybe it is a pure coincidence, but I still wont buy there again

having recently bought my partner a new mobile phone, she needed a case to keep it in.I looked on the usual sites & came across this one.Being older & probably more cynical about using a firm I had never heard of I did in the end order the case.I can only say I wish I had heard of the firm before as the service was second to none from ordering to delivery.
I've been through a few batteries for my BlackBerry and they usually don't last. However, the one from Mobile Fun was the only genuine one I have found. It was at a reasonable price and the service was great.
I was naturally anxious about ordering from a new site that I had not used before but after ordering my leather case/wallet for my Samsung mini 3s the goods arrived as informed by email and I was very happy with the service
Looking urgently for a dock for my Samsung Note 2, mobilefun's website was easy to navigate and the information good. Their price was good, purchasing was painlesss, and the dock arrived early next day. Thank you mobilefun.
When looking around for a case for my Samsung Note 8, there were many available on ebay but none actually stated they were for a Note so didn't want to buy just in case. I came across this website and the description matched exactly what I was looking for. Purple is my favourite colour and delivery was when it was expected. I'm very happy with the service that I received and the product I purchased!
I am from Israel. Bought the item and it was shipped the day after at 4pm. I got the item in my office in less than 24 hours! No delays, not fuss! The product is good, and I do believe I got above average customer experience! Will shop there again, for sure!
Ordered and paid for a Moto G phone cover. Delivery promised after 4 days. 18 days later after no goods and no communication, so I emailed MobileFun (I would have phoned but their phone number is a premium price number). I had an automatic response, then a couple of hours later I received an email saying that the cover had been sent. Two days later I received an email from customer reply informing me of 'good news', my cover was was being dispatched economy mail. 21 days after order I finally received my cover.
As per the previous comments, item was due in stock the day after I ordered, almost 2 weeks later I've had to go through the inconvenience of numerous e-mails and a phone call to cancel the order as despite confirmation e-mails saying it is due to be despatched. I was offered other products when I called, but the service is poor at best - over 24 hours to respond to e-mails is poor in this day and age. Unfortunately this company has gone down hill recently as they used to be a decent outfit from previous experience.
I ordered a phone case, which the website said was in stock. It had not been delivered several days later and then reported stock level on the website changed to "due in 1 week". I then got an email that said they did not know when the item would be in stock again. This went on for weeks and when I finally said that I wanted to just cancel, they sent the item. I still have yet to receive it.
I purchased a case for my phone aware that stock was not due for a week. 10 days later I get an email informing me that they are unaware when the item will be in stock. Fair enough. I am offered a refund or to ask for an alternative. Asking for a refund only generates an email asking you to choose something different or call then on their 0844 number. I have raised a dispute with Paypal.
Made my order more than a week ago and payed with my VISA card. All products listed on the site told me it was available and would be sent the next day.
So far so good!
One week later my order had still not been sent and I made a ticket at their site. The first response told me my order would be dispatched shortly. A few days later I made a new ticket as my order still wasn't sent. This time I got an answer telling me my order is under a security check.
This is just outrageous!
I've now made a ticket about cancelling my order and that I want my money back.
