Terrible customer service, fraudulent behaviour

After trying to cancel orders, which they didnt do and dispatched anyhow, I returned the items. They then claimed they didnt receive all the items. I provided evidence, but they then chose to ignore my communications. They have received the goods but wont refund the financials and so I have engaged the authorities to resolve this fraudulent activity. Rogue traders, no time for companies that operate like this.

The online service is really good! I posted a query about a product on their site, and was responded very quickly with sufficient information. My item was also dispatched on the same day I bought them! Got to say i'm very satisfied!

They've never let me down.

I have ordered from Mobile Fun a few times now and each time the items have arrived very quickly and the products have always been of a good quality. I would definitely recommend this firm.

Order refused. No feedback

I placed an order for a new phone using Paypal. A few hours later the money was refunded with no explanation.

When I rung their customer services people, I was told they weren't able to verify the delivery address. Apparently their system had found "0%" evidence the address even exists.

This was the same address as the Paypal verified billing address. Meaning:
1) I hold an account at that address.
2) Paypal has successfully transferred money to and from the account at that address.
3) I'm able to view bank statements for the account at that address.

I understand the need for caution when accepting credit card orders for expensive items, but that's why I used Paypal. It's clearly more secure than their obviously inaccurate background checking system.

In any case, I didn't bother trying to pay by credit card instead. Just took my business elsewhere.

I have been a regular customer for some time and their service has always been as good as the first time. No problems.

Go to the website, browse, find what you want, order and pay. Not sure about something, just phone for excellent product knowledge and customer service.
Then comes the speedy delivery. No problems no hassle. A lot of online companies could learn a lot from Mobilefun. An excellent site that I fully recommend .

Superb products and service!

Mobilefun had exactly the products I was looking for, and were able to despatch one of them immediately. The other was on order, and they kept me informed throughout and it arrived promptly as soon as it was available. Both products were superb and I am delighted with them. I would highly recommend Mobilefun and will definitely use them again.

This company are second to none!

I have ordered from mobile fun several times now. Their service is fantastic, deliveries quick and on the one occaision I had a problem they sent a replacement imediately and when the problem was not solved they sent another, when this still did not solve the problem they gave me a full refund. All this and emails to keep me informed. It's just a pitty they don't sell cars.

Brilliant site.

I was so pleased I found Mobilefun. I found just what I was looking for and at a brilliant price. The site is really easy to use and there are loads of great products. I already have my eye on at least two more items. The delivery was excellent too. Mobilefun is just that - fun and a brilliant site.

They really show you that they care about their customer

I bought a Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 from them. Now this is not a cheap gadget. I live on a tiny island and the street I live in is weird in that we don't even have house numbers, so the address for it looks incomplete. That same day I received an email asking for proof of address before sending the high value package because my address could not be verified (for the reason above). I consider this to be a great thing as it's also a safeguard to protect me and the money I just spent.

I ordered the package using dhl express shipping which said 2 to 3 working days. And sure enough within 3 working days the package arrived at my doorstep.

I highly recommend this site as in my experience they offer great service

Top class customer service every time.

I have used these guy's several times now and compared to other mobile phone stores they are by far the best in the market place. Always first class customer service and top quality products too. When you couple that with the fastest delivery service I have ever had from any seller you can't go wrong when dealing with these guy's. Highly recommended for 10/10 service and reliability.

They do what they say they do

I ordered a bluetooth phones, with an excelent price/quality ratio, and I received them before the deadline I was informed at order time. It arrived at the delivery address without any problem, in good conditions, working perfectly and as advertised on the site. Came with a clear user guide.
Good purchasing experience. I recomend it.

Excellent service and price - all the way to South Africa!

I needed accessories for my Galaxy Note 2, and there were none on Cape Town (or South Africa, for that matter, including those Chinese shops....). I took the gamble, googled and came across Mobilefun and ordered a pack of accessories. All the way from Cape Town. The price was excellent (including shipping!) but alas, after 3 weeks nothing arrived. Now this could have been due to various factors - including (and likely) the local post office. I contacted Mobilefun, and they sent a replacement pack for free! Received it, and very happy with my purchase. They are my primary "go to" company for any accessories now, and I am willing to wait the 1-2 weeks for arrival just to experience the good service - which is somewhat lacking locally when it gets to accessories. Mobilefun = highly recommended!

Outstanding in their field!!

Brilliant service, best online site I have ever used. Always good value. Full helpful description given for the products, sometimes able to see them working or being installed on Youtube, which gives a great insight to what you are getting. Recently purchased a mini Veho speaker and was able to judge the sound quality before purchase!!
Delivery is second to none. Cannot fault them on any points.

Always excellent service

Ordering from Mobilefun is always so easy, easy to find the right product, easy to checkout. The only hard part is waiting for the items to arrive in the post, but even that is usually very fast!

My only choice for anything related to mobile accessories

I have had a long experience with MobileFun over the years and every single time they are as reliable as a customer expects. Their selections are enormous in majority of cases and is getting richer as time passes. Their website is top notch allowing the customer to narrow down on the items of interest with multitude of searching criteria, view and compare relevant products, get a feeling of them before they buy it. Their prices are quite competitive as well. However their biggest asset, that makes me a steady customer, is their post-sale service. Their guarantee is no hassle/no nonsense. Highly recommended online retailer with the true meaning of customer care focus.

Good selection and excellent service

I was looking for external speakers for a tablet. I googled it and looked through a few sites before deciding to use Mobile Fun. Their selection was good and their pricing very competitive. I bought my speakers (not the ones I originally thought but I think these are better) and received them the next day which exceeded their own prediction. All in all a brilliant service and I have no qualms in recommending them.

First and only place to go for all things mobile phoney

Twice were my items out of stock but I was kept informed of the process all the way along. All other times, and there have been many, order was placed and goods despatched on the same day, even Saturday's, and received the next day. The product descriptions are always trustworthy. Wouldn't shop anywhere else

MobileFun is my first stop when I am looking for accessories or gifts for her my family or friends and I have never had any problems over the many years I have been using this firm. Because of the huge range of products, it really is fun checking them all out on this user friendly site. There are always bargains to be found and most of their great quality products cannot be found elsewhere on the Internet at lower prices.
I have very rarely ever had to contact MobileFun Customer Service but on those occasions I found the staff to be very professional, polite and very helpful. Items purchased always arrive on time, even earlier than expected, and are always extremely well packed. The checkout process is a breeze and with the option of paying by PayPal you can be assured of added security. I have no hesitation recommending MobileFun to my family, friends and work colleagues.

I was introduced to this site by a friend, in fact it was the only place I could find that had Crowd sourced "Pad Pivot" for sale, which led me to believe that they know what I want.

I spend an inordinate amount of money on little things that make my mobile life more gadgety and Mobile fun is my new destination.

This was my first use of mobilefun and I stumbled upon them by searching for a Kindle Fire HD case. They offer quality products at a fraction of the cost of other sites and as for the service I cannot fault it the item arrived well packaged and so speedily. Why cant other online services be as proficient. I will be back in the near future as you now have another very happy customer.

Great. Experience, I use them always

30 days, still no item received

I purchased an tablet case from mobilefun.com a month ago, this is my experience;
I received mortification that my credit card was charged & my item has been "dispatched", a tracking number with a direct link to their tracking page was included, however when I tried to check on my order it said "no information available". Their claim is that the item will be in my possession between 4 to 8 business days. After this time passed I emailed their customer service dept., I received an auto reply thanking me for contacting them & 24 hrs later another email from customer service apologizing for the delay, claiming on a Thursday that my item should be in my possession early next week, but asking me to contact them immediately if it was not received by 12/31. On that date, as expected, I received nothing, & emailed customer service, as they instructed, but this time I didn't receive an auto response, days later I have emailed them yet again! I have no confidence I will receive anything from them. I hope that sharing my poor experience spares anyone else from having to deal with the frustration of being charged for something, getting the run around, and receiving nothing.

Well done Mobile Fun

This is some company. They just get better and better. In all the time I have been dealing with them, I only had occasion to mail them about a missing piece in a kit once [and the kit was sealed so it wasn't their fault] . Received a reply almost immediately and a complete new item was sent the same day. Not many company's could better this. Their pricing is most reasonable and the goods do exactly what it says on the box.
Wish all companies were as clued in to customer service as they are.

I bought a generic MHL adapter from maplins but it didn't work...u need an 11 pin one on the note2 & the s3. I bought this one after speaking to the mobile fun guy over the phone & researched what he said. Guess what he was right... it works!!!

How service should be

I've used Mobilefun a number of times as I've changed phones and needed other accessories etc. Without exception they have delivered every time. Always great quality, speedy service and at reasonable prices. They may not be the cheapest around but the quality is always good and well worth the few pence more.

Clone chargers are a waste of money!

Purchased a 'clone' from a website for my wife's Ace 2 only to find that the charger was a VERY tight fit! So tight that I was afraid of damaging the Samsung mobile phone itself! Binned that charger immediately, and ordered a genuine Samsung charger from MobileFun.co.uk to find that this one fits perfectly! Don't waste your money on clone chargers when MobileFun.co.uk sell the genuine part for a few pence more! Excellent service and true to its word! Cannot praise and recommend the company highly enough! Absolutely outstanding!

Easy to place orders, clear describtions of items, with photos and really, really fast delivery sistem (althought i live in Romania). One time, one of the products i ordered wasn`t in stock and it was sent to me in short time, on their expence. Congratulations for a job well done.

Outstanding service

Ive just been outside to see if there is a MobileFun shop or depot next door....There must be one because I ordered some blue tooth earphones on the Saturday before Christmas and they arrived on Christmas eve....AMAZING!! One happy son on Christmas day. Phenomenal service....Just going out again to check up the street.... there must be something nearby. Thanks!!!!!

Excellent products and service

I have bought a number of items from MobileFun and have always been delighted with the products and with the service. Love my Kindle cover and the pack for my Samsung Galaxy tablet was brilliant, with all the accessories I need. Just ordered a replacement charging cable for my Samsung as I lost the original abroad. Ordered it at 2pm and it was there when I got home from work the next day - an original cable, in Samsung packaging. I note some reviewers here seem to have had bad experiences, but I cannot fault either the products or the service and would have no hesitation ordering again.

Wouldn't use anyone other than Mobilefun!

I have purchased several items from Mobilefun over the past couple of years and have always received everything within the same week, sometimes in less than three days, which is pretty amazing. Their prices are always competitive and the goods have arrived in perfect condition, just as ordered. I did have to return one item which turned out to be faulty but there were no quibbles, a pre-paid return slip and the item was replaced instantly.
I have recommended this company to friends and family, and will continue to do so. My most recent purchase was a charging hub for mobiles; good price, saves me electricity and no more trailing cables around the house! Perfect.

Quick efficient Service

I have not used mobilefun that often, but what I can say with my experience is that I have never had an issue. Communuication vial mail is excellent and the products I have bought have been great. Delivery was very fast too !
