The second I ordered a product I got an email saying that this will approximately be delivered in 16 days. I definitely didn't want to wait that long so I contacted their support to cancel the order, but the money were already gone and to this day I haven't heard a word from their support, even though they say that they will respond within 1 business day. There is now 6 days to the original estimated delivery, hopefully the product will show up, since there is no cancelling / returning it.
Ordered HTC M8 32GB Grey. On checking my account later, it had changed to silver, so I contacted them and resolved that. After paying for Special Delivery, I was then advised it wasn't in stock despite saying so on their site, so I waited a couple of days. Still no stock, so I contacted them again and was told they have no idea when it would be, but the 16GB is 'due today' So I changed my order to this, only to see later on their site it had gone from "Due Today" to "available for pre order" I contacted them again and was told that wasn't in stock. Ive now cancelled near £600 worth of orders with them. Why advertise in stock when you do not have stuff?
There absolutely nothing "Fun" about this company. Thought I was purchasing from a NZ website as address was .co.nz. Purchased several items on Credit Card, the most expensive item was of poor quality and was also faulty. Mobile Fun advised that I must pay to return it to the UK! and they will process for refund and reimburse me for the cost of returning the faulty item. After 6 weeks waiting, I followed up with their Customer Service Rep several times, was told the faulty claim had been accepted but that they would not reimburse me via Credit Card and asked for my bank account details instead. I then received another email from Mobile Fun 2 weeks further down the track and was advised that they would not be refunding my costs to return the faulty product, leaving me further out of pocket with no valid explanation and have been ignored by their Customer Service Rep ever since. **MINUS 10 STARS** IS THE BEST RATING YOU DESERVE MOBILE FUN - Do not buy from this website unless you want the the most INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TREAMENT that you could possibly imagine... Not only do the RIP YOU OFF, they MISREPRESENT where they are located (THEY ARE ONLY BASED IN THE U.K.), worst of all they DISHONOUR THEIR OWN POLICIES. Despite assurances that this was just “a misunderstanding” and that “everything will be sorted if you just send the information to Customer Services” MOBILE FUN you have once again fallen flat on your face for the worst service I have ever experienced from an i-store, I sincerely hope that people don’t keep making the MISTAKE of dealing with you.
This company WILL NOT reimburse you for return costs when they sell you POOR QUALITY JUNK, they claim incompetence in being unable to process bank refunds Ben Rheston your incompetence is a monumental discredit to your company.
Waited for almost one month , but couldn't get the ordered products. Customer service is excellent in quickly answering your questions but ALL THEORITICAL, NOTHING PRACTICAL. biggest mistake to buy things from them , NOW I AM DREAMING OF GETTING MY MONEY BACK ..... ONLY ANSWER THEY GIVE IS THEY HAVE RETURNED THE MONEY CHECK YOUR BANK....
Made my order more than a week ago and payed with my VISA card. All products listed on the site told me it was available and would be sent the next day.
So far so good!
One week later my order had still not been sent and I made a ticket at their site. The first response told me my order would be dispatched shortly. A few days later I made a new ticket as my order still wasn't sent. This time I got an answer telling me my order is under a security check.
This is just outrageous!
I've now made a ticket about cancelling my order and that I want my money back.

I purchased the Armourdillo Hybrid case in green for my Samsung Galaxy note 3. I couldnt be more pleased with the case, but the customer service is horrible! I wrote a review on the website about my experience. I said that I was very pleased with the case and explained my customer service experience and the review NEVER showed up on the website. That is why the company has so many 5 star ratings because experience proves they pick and choose the reviews. So maybe my review will show up on this website. Great case but hope you do not have a customer service issue, YOUR OUT OF LUCK!
Browsing for products is easy and fast. Accessories are segregated and organized very well. Visual illustrations are same to the actual delivered items. Payment was easy and accurate. NO EXTRA AND HIDDEN CHARGES!!! Got my package after 4 days but I have to consider a weekend was sandwiched. Im going to buy from Mobilefun again.

I gotta say when you are wanting to protect your investment s from drops and spills and even dirt you gotta get the Trident gear because it has all you need and nothing you don't so give it chance I think you'll love it.
I was a little nervous ordering my cell phone case from this company in the UK but none of the American companies carried it. My fears were quickly dismissed when I instantly had great communication with the company. Combined with cheap and fast international post, I would have no reservations about shopping with mobilefun again.
Recently I was searching for accessories for my new cell phone, one that hasn't been out very long. I Google searched for cases and holsters, but Item selection was sparse and I found nothing from my usual big box vendors, both in store and online. I ordered right away, not noticing that the Vendor was overseas from me, as the items were priced in my currency. The first item arrived in two days - TWO DAYS! The second was temporarily out of stock (really new phone again), but showed up in just a few more days. I couldn't be more pleased.
